I had a terrible experience at this gas station today, July 13th, around 9:20 PM. I was the only customer there, and no one else was in line. When I approached to pay for $40 of gas, the female staff member was busy counting coins. When I asked for assistance, she rudely told me, 'Can't you see I'm counting coins right now?' and acted as if I were bothering her by being a paying customer. I was completely shocked and offended. It is unacceptable for a staff member to prioritize counting coins over helping a customer, especially when there was no one else waiting. The management absolutely needs to check this employee's customer service attitude. Honestly, it would be better for the business if such an employee were not working here at all. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this place. read more

What can I really say? It's gas and i needed some. Stopped by this Chevron because it was the closest thing located near me. Upon arrival, there was an employee filling the window cleaning solutions at each pump. It was early on in the day so the gas station looked in good shape- clean and well kept. Staff isn't the friendliest but they get the job done. Snacks were bought, tank was filled. 3 stars overall. read more

Was running low on gas coming from Medieval Times, this gas station is conveniently near the freeway. They have an extra mile convenience store but I didn't need to go in. It's spacious and well lit at night. It was clean and all the pumps were in working order. They also offer diesel fuel and a car wash. Had no problems pumping here. Easy peasy transaction! read more

I come here often to get my carwash and Gas and today , an old Hispanic women with blonde hair named Lizette, acts confused when I give ask for a vacuum token, she works night shifts supposedly and that's why she "doesn't understand". She was sarcastic by saying "you can't buy the vacuum" when all I needed was for the vacuum to be activated. I usually go to this gas station to fill up. The last two times I went there, I drove about 15 miles, and my tank went down to 3/4 full. I was literally watching the gas gauge go down on the freeway as I drove, and was in shock! The same thing happened to my Daughters car, that I filled up there. There's something wrong with the mix, and I turned them in today, to the 800 242 4020 number on the pump! Perhaps they're making more money, minimizing the mix! I proceeded to go to the 76 station with a 3/4 full tank, and topped off. My car is starting properly now (right away), and the gauge is no longer steadily flowing down. I'll go down to a 1/4 tank, then refill somewhere else, from now on. I will no longer be going to Chevron, on the corner of Orangethorpe, and Beach Boulevard! My trust in them has evaporated, just like their gas in my tank! read more

Don't be fooled by the seeming super low cost for gas. When you read the small print you'll see that you can buy gas at that price only if you also buy a car wash. Pfffft. Anyway, I give this station 5 stars for a few simple reasons. For starters, the clerk was really friendly. They were ringing people up quickly but with a smile and a please and thank you. I actually felt welcome. I was offered a receipt without my having to ask. That was nice too. The station was clean and well lit. Folks weren't loitering or drinking beers in the lot. The pumps were all well maintained. There weren't broken ones or trash coming out of the trash cans between pumps. I have no complaints. read more

I come to this gas station often because its close to where I normally shop at the target or the Vons. I haven't had any issues here. But I also never have put air in my tires here. Until the other day. They should fix the air gauge doesn't read how much air your putting in your tires. You can put air but you will not know how much air your putting in your tire. No point in asking to turn the air on. Unless your guessing how much air your tire needs. read more

I love this Chevron. It's between the bank and the office so when I'm running low on gas, cigarettes, energy drinks or I need to get my car washed real quick this is my go to spot. The staff are always kind and it is easy to get in and out of the pumps and on your way. The $5 auto car wash is quick and pretty decent and the vacuums are complimentary if you have the time or patience to vacuum the interior. read more

To be honest with you I've never really pumped gas at this location. I stick to only Mobil and very rarely does that ever change. However it is very close to my house and even closer to my brother's house (to where I frequently am present) so I've come here a handful of times either for some snacks or for their restroom. I do agree that they have to be the cleanest gas station I've been to. I've come here to wash my car before and it left my car squeaky clean and it's for a decent price. The vacuums were kinda old. Not sure if they've changed them by now. But nonetheless, a greatly kept gas station. As for the employees, nothing spectacular. Can't really recall any time I felt like I had received good customer service from here. But don't get me wrong, I am not not complaining about them either. read more

This review is in regards to the car wash at this Chevron location. This is probably the best drive-through car wash that I have ever been through. I purchased the premium car wash for $12. If you get gas also with the car wash, you get like a $.30 per gallon discount, which is pretty good. I have no spots on my car because the dryers dry the car so well and you get about 90 seconds to go to the dryers. I highly recommend this drive-through car wash. read more

World's slowest car wash! I wasted 30 minutes of my life in line for a sucky overpriced touch free wash. My car was absolutely filthy from sitting a in a parking lot for a month and I had already paid, or else I would never wait that long. The hand wash place by my house only charges a few dollars more and takes about the same amount of time...but they make my car absolutely spotless, u like this place and their fancy rainbow suckfest. read more

I left the house late for work and realized when I was almost to the freeway that I was out of gas. Curses! I was already late, but there was no avoiding reality! I swung into this Chevron at the corner of Orangethorpe and Beach for a quick fill up. Unfortunately, it happened to be their grand opening and there were tons of work trucks taking up all the spaces. Nobody was leaving! It seemed like all the drivers were missing and they were all in the snack shop. Finally a spot opened up and as I was filling up, the owner came over, thanked me for coming by during the grand opening and offered me a free car wash. Be careful when using a card at the pump. I chose no for car wash then it gave me car wash options. I pressed cancel and it said to start pumping. After pumping I find it charged me for a premium car wash I will never use. When I went inside the store I was told there was nothing they could do and the premium car wash I did not want could be used for 30 days. The employees are rude and ignorant they never greet you or make eye contact they ignore customers as they chat among themselves and make you feel like you are interrupting.Checkout is super slow they have 2 registers but only one open with usually 3 employees standing there. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Don't pay CASH if you don't want to get your money stolen. This happened to my best friend's mom. She paid the cash register clerk named RICHARD 45 dollars to pump gas, the clerk named RICHARD asked her clearly 45for gas? And she replied yes. When she went back to pump gas the pump stopped at $25. She went back in to question the clerk but this clerk named RICHARD starts lying she gave him 25. There is no way my friend's mother got confused because that was the "tip" money she got from her work and she counted twice making sure she gave the clerk the right amount. This station is great because of location but that is it! There is only 1 person working at this location at a time so if someone comes in to buy propane, the window gets shut down for ten minutes so the worker can go out back and fill the tank. If the worker takes a break, guess what? window shuts down for x amount of minutes. If they get a lunch, then the station is shut down for 30 minutes!!! Of course you can always use your CC at the pump, but what if you need to use cash or have to get something to drink? That's right, you're assed out then. I have come to this station and seen a line of people waiting at the window for the attendant to return. I can totally understand that workers need breaks and Im not trying to be mean, but shouldn't the owner of this place care a little more about the service he is providing for his customers? Maybe having a second employee on hand would help this little station give better service. I only come here if I have to, and will usually try another station first. read more
