However, this recent experience just shows why this business deserves such high ratings. After the car wash, I parked to clean the inside of my car and I accidentally vacuumed an earring. Jen went above and beyond to help me look for them. Unfortunately, I was not able to find them after looking through the vacuum bins. She took my information down and told me she'd give me a call back if she found them. The following day, she gave me a call back around 11AM-12 PM notifying me she had found my earring. I was super relieved, considering these were a gift from my family member and hold sentimental value to me. I picked them up later that day and was assisted by another helpful employee. I will be a regular at this car wash as I've never experienced above and beyond customer service in a very long time. I writing this review to give thanks to Jen and the H2GO team !

These cars don't know how to queue...like are they incompetent? Two cars in front didn't want to pull forward, so the cars behind were blocking the exit for quite some time. They're lucky no one was honking or stuck trying to pass through. Saturday night is kind of busy, but I'm surprised the employee standing here didn't say anything to those cars. Anyway, I found a decent deal closer to me that includes free vacuum and compressed air. So, thankful I never have to wait in line for a car wash, and that I'll never get stuck trying to exit since the gas station entrance is only one way. Overall, just unhappy with how some drivers don't understand being considerate and leaving space.

Like another yelper mentioned, it was a little confusing trying to figure out where the touch-free car wash bay was. It's on the far left side. The right side are the self-wash bays. Thankfully there was no line when I got in and their night special had just started. $13 instead of $15 (I think). Pros: I love that it's truly touch-free AND there's no rail you need to drive onto. When I had a lowered car with nice wheels, I couldn't and didn't want to go through those car washes. This is simply driving into the designated area until it tells you to stop. Cons: Let's face it. There's nothing really agitating the dirt and grime and the detergent/foaming stuff isn't really given a chance to do anything to the filth on the car. It literally gets sprayed onto the car and almost immediately gets rinsed off shortly after. To be honest, I don't think it even uses enough detergent. End result? Lots of flecks of dead bug guts, bird poop, and certain panels still dirty with dust and road grime. For $13 I wasn't expecting much and I'm actually content despite its lackluster job at cleaning the car because it was better than letting my paint rot away with weeks old road grime. All in all, don't expect it to give you a quality car wash. The trade-off is that it is completely touch-free and doesn't matter if your car is modded/lowered. For $13, why not?

I want to start off by thanking Steve and his team for their efforts…read more Steve immediately reached out to me to resolve my issue regarding the defects in my wrap. We went over the problems together in detail and in the end he rectified my concerns, but also went above and beyond. He had my entire hood rewrapped and it gave my car a completely fresh look, which wasn't necessary (along with patching some scratches I've made myself, as a favor); even more so, Steve's extra efforts made this entire situation not only go smoothly but it made me feel like he truly wanted to address my concern. He truly herd me out and did what most business owners rarely do these days and that's go above and beyond to ensure their work and customer satisfaction is meet to high standards. Steve, I'd like to commend you for your customer-centric values you've instilled in your business and its operations. I can tell that you have great honor and pride in your work, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction in every project you and your team take on. I've never experienced such grace from a business owner regarding any issues I've had (small or large), as I did with Steve. I'm grateful for your kindness and integrity. I look forward to doing business with Elevance in the future, and recommending others as well. Thank you! (I'll be adding photos shortly) five+ stars

Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and very informative when helping me choose the right tint. I especially appreciated how conscientious he was about California tint laws. He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. It came out great as well. Steve is professional, confident in his work, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly. Excellent workmanship and customer service. I would definitely recommend Elevance and will return in the future.

It was my first time here and was quite excited to bring in my worst condition car for a spa treatment. I was recommended the $200 detail package to help my really bad water spots on my car. It's manual labor work so I rather they not rush through it. After receiving my car back, she definitely sparkled in a way where she hasn't sparkled in years. The inside waiting area was air conditioned and comfortable. The outside waiting area is also very spacious. The workers here are also all nice. Since it was my first visit and I got one of the most expensive packages here, unfortunately the results didn't fully deliver.
