The night shift guy is always in the bathroom, every single night he is closed after mad nights

I go here every three weeks, it seems. I used to buy Naked Juice from the convenience store but the selection is limited because the brand has its own mini-refrigerator at the corner. I've been a customer for a couple of years, preferring pump #1 or #3. The price of a gallon was probably around $2.25 when I started using this station. I was denied access to a public restroom at a Chevron Station in Buena Park on Artesia Blvd. on January 26, 2017 at 3:15 AM. I purchased gas for my vehicle and needed to use a restroom. I asked a female employee, named Debbie, if I could use the restroom but she was unfriendly and uncooperative and denied access. I asked her why and she said it was for security reasons. I contacted the Chevron station by phone in hopes of being able to speak with a supervisor or manager but Debbie anwered the phone. She was extremely rude, argumentative and hostile. Yeah. I'm reviewing a gas station. This particular Chevron deserves some mention, so here goes. Have you ever gotten off the freeway in the middle of nowhere in a desperate search for gas at midnight? Have you ever found yourself with no options but to pull into the station just off the freeway exit, one with dilapidated signs and a seriously dinky "store" in the middle? Seriously, sometimes, late at night, this place looks like a gas station from a horror movie. It makes you kind of afraid to step out of your car. HOWEVER! Step inside to the miniscule convenience "store" and be impressed, not with the stuff that they sell (the snack array is totally lacking), but with the ABSURDLY FRIENDLY employees that work here! No joke, I've never been to a gas station where the employees appear to be so HAPPY. If I were to be cooped up in that dinky hole of a "store" for hours on end, I would NOT be a happy camper. But these people boggle my mind. There is one middle-aged lady with blond hair who is SO DARN CHEERY. She wishes EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER a great day, and keeps up a steady banter. She would make a really cool bartender. She's slow and methodical with counting out change, but I don't feel impatient at all, as I usually find myself too absorbed by her cheerful small talk to notice any slowness. There's also another chick there who's probably in her early twenties. Another really cool gal with an awesome "Hey Neighbor! Long Time No See!" attitude. Me gusta! read more

I got my credit card number stolen 2 times from this gas station. The first time I suspected it was from here and a few months later when my credit card nimber got stolen again I knew for sure it was from here. I'm not sure if some thief installed a credit card scanner on the pump or if some shady employee is stealing the data but less than a week after getting gas from here I check my credit card statement and see that 4 $100 withdraws have been made at different chevrons across southern California. The card reader at this station DOES NOT WORK. So you have to play this game where you guesstimate how it will take to fill it up. How about just make your card readers work??!! Avoid if possible. Huge hassle. read more

It's a pretty small gas station in the middle of a busy street. The gas is usually cheaper so we come here often. It's also very close to my house so it's convenient. The difference between paying with card or cash is usually around 11 cents. So I suggest you bring some cash. read more

fraud alert. I believe my card got skimmed and/or their machines, got hacked recently. they recently upgraded their pumps, too avoid this station or pay CASH until they fix the data breach. this was the last chevron I used my advantage card at, before a $125 charge showed up on my pending charges. I've gone here quite often, and after my debit card information was hacked TWICE, we narrowed it down and it was definitely because I paid at the pump here. I saw a review earlier about the same thing. Don't buy gas here unless you have cash. read more

The location is right off the freeway exit/entrance. I go here almost everyday to gas my work truck. The diesel island is away from the other pumps so that's a plus. Store is small but they have a giant restroom & I believe thats the cleanest restroom I've ever seen at a gas station. The employees are always nice & greets everyone. When it's slow they always keep themselves busy either cleaning or changing the window fluids. It sucks when there's only 1 employee & they have to help someone with propane so you have to wait for them to open up. Being that it's a small store you're limited on selections for purchases. They have a great deal tho on monster drinks 2/$3.33 read more

DON'T ever go here!! I've got my credit card hacked a few times whenever I use it there. Also there's an employee named Ashley that is a so rude and she's a BITCH! She needs to learn some manners and how to respect a customer! She probably acts that way cause she's getting paid minimum wage and doesn't care for her job!! I'm NEVER going there again!!! read more
