I hate to give this place a bad review because the service was sooo good! We are on a coffee hunt so we have been trying out a bunch of places all around the IE and some parts of LA that cross over, iykyk. Their lychee drink was soo good and honestly what made up for the other drink. It was perfectly sweet and the jelly was good too! We got their honey cinnamon coffee and their hojicha with cloud tops and honestly i was so disappointed. The cloud top just tasted like whip cream and had no flavor :( it seems like they just mix their heavy cream and call it a day. It's wayyyy too thick. It's always my favorite part of the drink so i was a little sad about that. The hojicha was very basic. I hardly tasted anything, i think maybe if it was more concentrated or honestly a different brand I'd probably like it more. The coffee was very milky and not strong at all. I think you'd have to add an extra shot to get it at a decent taste... Overall i just wasn't very impressed. It seem like they might be better off going to a boba shop sort of route rather than a coffee shop. I will say their space is decent and if you need a place to get work done, this would be a good place to drop by and do it. I love their interior and like i said service was great. I just wish the drinks had more something more going for them.

Such a vibe every time! Greeted by the owners with such sweet and pleasant attitudes. I've never tried anything else besides the blueberry dream latte with oat milk and one extra shot of espresso because it's just been that good every time. Consistency is a thing here for sure. Just recently got a chocolate croissant and although it was a little on the toasty side, it was still great. UPDATE: 3/19 same visit Ordered a drink for someone else that was coming in and the sweet woman working added in a free cookie.

Absolutely love coming here! This location replaced a boba shop..what a major upgrade. This is one of my favorite coffee shops, and I've been to a lot. Parking is not hard. Inside vibe is modern and chill. There is WiFi available and a couple tables for studying/working. Also an area to chill and enjoy your drink. I've tried a couple of their drinks my favorite is the Dirty Thai tea. It's Thai milk tea, condensed milk, espresso, and coffee jelly. Sometimes I get an extra shot of espresso. They give you the options of exchanging the coffee jelly to something else which is cool because not a lot of places let you substitute. This drink is so good it's gone by the time I drive home. Service is always excellent, top-notch. As busy as they are you're always greeted with warm smile, even with lots of customers they work fast to get you your order. Love the efficiency especially when I'm in a rush. This place deserves more than 5 stars.

Nice little boba shop that also sells coffee (: The ambiance was nice. Inside was spacious with plenty of seating. They also have games so it's a nice spot to sit and hang out for a while. The service was very friendly and they were so attentive. I tried the Tiramiss-U Latte which was one of their Valentine's special drinks. It was a tad bit too sweet for me and I wish I could taste more of the espresso but I still enjoyed it.

Turkey Croissant - perfectly flaky and really delicious, would order again

Easy to order, informative barista that helped us make our choices, super cute interior with plenty of seating, and most importantly - our food and drinks were delicious!! Lots of parking, many food options (sweet and savory) and truly a drink option for everyone. So happy we have this in Upland - will definitely be back.

Just opened on 1/2/25 and I've gone here back to back! This Blueberry Dream Latte tastes like a blueberry crumble muffin in a cup; DELICIOUS. Came back the following day for a simple Spanish Latte and it was mouth watering. Employees are friendly and the pace is clean, comfy, and relaxed. They have a few games available as well. Support the owners mom at Riceberry Thai also!

I didn't go in, not sure if they are dog friendly, but there was a small one table seating for two outside. From what I can see from the window, there is seating inside and it was busy on a Saturday morning, but the line moved pretty quickly. I really enjoyed my Spanish iced latte. I got it half sweet. It was very smooth! If I am in the area, I'll definitely be making a stop! Def check it out!

This is a really cute cafe for studying! The seats are very comfy with padding. There are outlets at most the tables and free wifi. It's not too loud in here and they play non-lyrical music. I ordered their new cinnamon cloud latte with less ice. it's a little on the sweet side but still very yummy. the workers here are extremely sweet too. they brought the drink to my table when it was ready. I would def come back to study!

Wow went for the first time on Saturday and we will be back! The matcha and coffee were so good however the coffee isn't too sweet so if you like a little sweeter coffee I'd ask for an extra pump. Thank you Wake Cafe for being so kind !

Wake me up before you go go unless you're planning on going solo! Wake me up before you go go cause I don't wanna miss that high! Boba shop turned cafe and I just have to say it looks like it's gonna stay! I ordered a couple of their drinks that caught my eye besides all the others, LoL. First up was their Nocturnal which was a Hojicha and espresso mix that had a vanilla cream top with honey. Mmm so so good! And I really don't order cream tops! Next was their Night Owl which was a Matcha and espresso blend topped with pink salt and cocoa nibs. Dayuuum! Another winner. Ok so after this I was doing the Jitterbug! Because it put a Boom Boom into my heart and it sent my soul sky high with the caffeine start! The service was good and the shop is super cute with plenty of two seaters. I also dig the logo and all of the little photo op spots. And that's my take on this sweet little cafe, Peace out...

I had just done with an interview and I wanted some coffee after and this place popped up . I saw the high ratings for this place and the aesthetic looked cute so I said why not . When I walked in i was greeted and I scanned over the menu and I was amazed about how many options they had . They had options you wouldn't typically find at a traditional cafe or coffee shop such as a Thai lemonade which included Thai tea and lemonade . I also enjoyed how they have different flavored syrups such as peach mango and even agave . I decided on the ice mocha drink and I got a turkey and cheese croissant and a lemon poppyseed loaf . The drink was really good it had just the right amount of sweetness and the turkey croissant was really good as well . The lemon poppyseed loaf was really good as well . Overall the service at the coffee shop was super sweet and the Gil working the register was so kind . I will definitely make this place a part of my regular coffee shop rotation

Food is delicious; my friend and I shared a mushroom pastry and spinach pastry. Lots of yummy drinks to choose from. Plenty of seating and has a nice, cozy feel; great place to do computer work. Staff was very friendly and cheerful. Look forward to going back and trying other food items

Cute new(to me) cafe in upland! The decor is super cute. I thought they served food but not sure if it's until a certain time. They have a lot to pick from! They have boba drinks, lattes, teas, and pastries...! Ordered the blueberry latte without the cold foam. The blueberry syrup is definitely made in house because of the clumps of blueberry. I enjoyed it, can't wait to come back to try different drinks!

Let's be real... most of us show up needing caffeine and not exactly in the best mood, so that positive energy matters. I initially tried the Orchata and the Garden Golden, and neither one really hit for me. Just not my personal taste. That said, the service alone made me willing to give them another shot and I'm glad I did. I came back and tried Eve's Cup, and that one's the winner for me. I enjoyed every bit of it and it's what will keep me coming back. If I had one critique, it would be the ambiance. It's not bad, but I do think with a little more investment in the decor and overall feel, this place could really stand out and feel even more inviting. That said, decor is secondary coffee and service come first, and they're doing a solid job there. Overall, a spot with great people, good drinks (once you find your go-to), and a lot of potential to level up even more.

I got the drink with almond milk and half sweet and it was perfect amount of sweetness for me since the cream top was already sweetened. It was definitely on the pricier end with alt milk and after adding tax but definitely very tasty. I also got their pistachio croissant warmed and it was a nice treat since I love pistachio and there was a tasty pistachio cream filling in the middle. Overall a lovely cafe with nice vibes! Definitely check them out if you're in the area.

I've NEVER had Thai tea soft serve this good. It's light, creamy, not overly sweet, and doesn't taste fake--just smooth, legit goodness. Like if Thai tea and soft serve had a glow-up. And the toppings?? They understood the assignment. Coco jelly, cereal flakes, grass jelly, AND boba... it's giving texture, it's giving balance, it's giving "I need another one immediately." I finished mine and sat there like... should I? Because I might. Now let's address the boba. I usually don't even like boba (I said what I said), but theirs?? Warm, soft, perfectly chewy... borderline life-changing. Who am I?? The shop itself is a cute little hole-in-the-wall with a sweet, cozy vibe.
