The girl working there was doing her best, but no one else was there to help her and the store was full. The quality of the food was horrible. I've been to Waffle Love a few times already, and their waffles are delicious! This time I went on a Tuesday evening and there were only several people, so the wait wasn't very long (I once went to the location in Provo on a Saturday and it was packed and wait time was more than 30 min). I ordered the Red Wonder. It's got strawberries, raspberries, Biscoff, and whipped cream in it. I really enjoyed having the waffle with Biscoff. The whipped cream was house made and was great. The tables are pretty clean. Service was good. I got my food in like five minutes. So far I've only tried their sweet waffles, and I'd love to try their savory options next time! read more

Came here on a Saturday around 10am and it was pretty busy! Not many empty tables. The young lady who took our order got our order wrong, which we noticed on the receipt, so we had her fix it. The silverware, as you will see from the picture, was dirty. It seemed it had been washed so much, which is fine, but it makes you not want to use it. It didn't seem clean. The breakfast Sammy was good but it was not hot. The egg was cold and the sauce was too much. The bacon wasn't hot either. The red wonder was tasty but the waffle itself - not hot. I wish they had their waffles with a side of your choice; breakfast potatoes, fruit, etc. It's not the biggest portion size so you get hungry a couple hours later. They need to get new utensils. Eating here is very casual! If you dine in, the staff will bring the food to your table (keep in mind that you'll need to get your own utensils and clean up your dishes afterwards). There were lots of tables available. Staff was friendly and if you prefer, you can order from a computer right next to the front door rather than at the register. Waffle love has some great waffles with flavors varying from sweet to savory. My go-to here is the Red Wonder as it has Biscoff and two fruits: strawberries and raspberries. My second go-to is the chicken and waffles! Almost always, the chicken is crunchy and pairs well with the waffles. My friend got the dulce waffle. It has a big scoop of fried vanilla ice cream with strawberries, cereal and dulce de leche drizzle. It was pretty sweet and delicious. As far as parking goes, there's plenty. The interior design is super cute. Got the chicken and waffle, and oh my goodness the chicken portion is a lot!!! I love that. It was tasty and crispy. What caught me off guard though about the waffle is there is sugar cubes in the waffle. They have videos playing inside where they show they roll the waffle dough in sugar pieces so this is also included in the chicken and waffles dish. So its definitely not the traditional waffle here Also got a coffee and the creamer is inside of the fridge in a little sauce cup. I got my first taste of WL in Provo over 10 years ago. Then in 2013, I was pregnant and drove 25 min to a food truck because I really needed to have a waffle. (Red wonder? I think. Delicious.) I've had it a few times throughout the years but am pregnant again and shocking to no one, cravings for WL have come back. I tried the dulce this time and it was delicious. Fluffy, perfect amount of flavor without being sickeningly sweet, heaps of cream AND ('fried') ice cream. It was delightful. It's been a week and I'm already trying to think of how to convince my husband to go back for more. Solid food, good service, great for a quick bite. Just had the most amazing Waffle experience. My daughter and I saw them on the Food Network food truck races and knew we had to try them if ever close. If I could give 0 stars I would. The Lindon, UT store took an online order from me on Christmas Eve morning. I received an email saying my order would be ready at 11:30 AM. I went to pick up my food at that time and the store was closed. All the doors were locked, no cars in the parking lot, nobody answered the phone. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. I called again and left a voicemail asking them to reverse the charge, since I obviously didn't get my food (6 people's food). My call was never returned and the charge showed up on my credit card. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and Waffle Love refused to reverse the charge, saying they "took my order". Yeah, they took my order and my money and I didn't receive what I ordered. I love supporting local businesses, but this one will never get my business again, since they are in the business of stealing. read more
