Triple dipper- already dug in
Nicole E.

This location is our go to for bigger groups because of the massive amounts of great options. The food is always spot on and you know you will get what you ordered. Our service and ordering is always great!

Our Chili's experience was absolutely incredible! The service was great and the food was even better. The chips and salsa were delicious! The chicken bacon ranch quesadillas were super flavorful and have the best ranch dipping sauce! The triple dipper appetizer was so good too. The mini cheeseburgers were super tasty with the onion! The burger was cooked perfectly. The mozzarella sticks were super cheesy and the breading was really flavorful. I loved the Nashville hot tenders. They weren't too spicy but had a good amount of flavor and were perfectly crisp!

This Chili's ATE and left no mf crumbs. Absolutely delicious food, attentive servers/hosts, and drinks always full. We were here on a fairly chill Sunday afternoon so the music was low enough for us to talk but there to fill the space. We're obsessed! The skillet queso is the absolute best way to start your meal!

We took my Father-in-law out for his birthday last night around 6:30 pm. There were 9 of us so we had to wait a little bit before we got a table. We were able to get our food by 7:15 so not bad. Our server was really nice and attentive to our needs. My husband and I did the $10 for me although depending on which you decide it's $10-15 for your meal. It includes a drink, appetizer, and an entree. You can also add a dessert for $2.50. I got the strawberry lemonade which had free refills and very refreshing! For my appetizer I got the Caesar salad and my entree was the Cilantro Lime Carne Asada that came with beans and rice. I thought my meal was filling and delicious. I got my kids the chicken strips with fries, cheeseburgers with mandarin oranges, and Mac n cheese with mandarin oranges. The chicken strips were good but the cheeseburger bites were a little over done and burnt. I'd definitely call ahead for seating and everything was clean.

Chili's chips is my favorite kind. It's very unique, and I liked the crispness. The smokehouse combo was delicious. Service was great. Food arrived quickly. This restaurant is big with lots of tables.

Those that I like have to meet a few requirements that I have for eating. I have celiacs, so i avoid gluten at all cost, including any moderate chance of cross contamination, Corn also bothers me so another food that I avoid. beyond that I am picky with what goes into my food and how the food is prepared. Now to the review. the first thing I do at any restaurant is ask about their gluten free options and about cross contamination. This was the first day that the Provo location was open, so I expected there would be blank stares. believe it or not that happens a lot. Here they knew about some of the food but not all of it when it came to my questions. So they went back to ask, "I want to make sure so let me ask". the next thing i knew I was speaking to the owner, going over all of the items and the options I had and what to avoid. He made some suggestions and we went ahead with our order. I got. the tri tip steak and my wife got gnochi. Oh another thing about how i like my food. I like the ingredients, steak, potatoes, vegetables, etc, seasoned and not the other way around. I find a lot of places over season their food. Not here. the steak, veggies, and mashed potatoes were lightly seasoned, just enough to enhance the flavor but not overwhelm the core ingredient. the steak was tender, the vegetables perfectly cooked and seasoned. I didn't even try and figure our what seasonings they used, I just enjoyed the meal. Short of this part of the meal, fantastic. With the gnochi, we had a little bit of an issue. There was a problem with how they were cooked, they were a little stiffer than they should be, but the sauce they were in was fantastic. BTW, they are not gluten free, so this is my wife's perspective. When they asked how our meal was we mentioned that to them. They looked at the gnochi and agreed. they then didn't just correct the issue, but went above and beyond. They asked if we wanted something else, made a suggestion since we couldn't decide and prepared that for us. They also did something else while we were there. They tried to make more batches of the gnocchi, not for us but so that they could see what went wrong. Then came back and told us what they had done and the results. The service was some of the best I have ever had. They had a good selection of gluten free options, depending on your sensitivity your options might change, but there are plenty of options and a few that are not on the menu. The owner suggested a burger on mashed potatoes, even though they have a gluten free bun. My gluten sensitvity is pretty high, so he was providing as many options for me as possible. All in all, I really liked the food, the service, and the attention to my food sensitivities.

It was SO dark compared to the rest of the restaurant, which was fully lit. There was one little table lamp, and we literally had to pass it around just to be able to read the menu. Service was also very slow. After waiting several minutes, our server finally came over to greet us, only to tell us they would be back to take our drink orders. Unfortunately, the food was really bland and underwhelming, especially for the prices. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and only ate 1 of the 3. I had to drench the taco in the hot sauces it came with just to give it some flavor. My toddler wanted nothing to do with the fries or the kids' cheese pizza, and the fries honestly seemed undercooked. My husband ordered a burger and said he would've rather just gone to In-N-Out across the street. The ambiance and decor are definitely nice, but it felt like way more effort went into making the restaurant look good than making the food taste good. Service continued to be very slow throughout the meal, and it took forever for someone to check on us and bring the check. I'm not sure if it was because we came during their last hour before closing or because our table was so tucked away, but either way, the overall experience was disappointing. For the prices, we expected much better food and service.

Sonora on Main Street Do not let the location fool you…read more Tucked into a corner spot near the freeway entrance on Main Street American Fork, Ocotillo is easy to drive past and a mistake to miss. Step inside and you will find a beautifully decorated space with an open kitchen greeting you at the entrance and a staff that is genuinely enthusiastic about the food they are serving. Ocotillo specializes in the cuisine of Sonora, Mexico, a region known for bold meat and seafood dishes. They also offer a daily brunch menu that is worth planning your weekend around. We ordered the tres leches pancakes, a triple stack that delivers exactly what the name promises. Bathed in a three milk mixture and topped with fresh berries and whipped cream, moist but not to sweet. The Sonorense combination was equally impressive. Arrachera steak strips, chilaquiles made with poblano chile, a tamal de elote, and two eggs. The arrachera was excellent and the chilaquiles were crispy, which is exactly how they should be and not something every kitchen gets right. The menu is long enough that choosing something different next time will be a genuine challenge. Omelettes, chilaquiles, brioches, and other specialties give you plenty of reasons to return. We are already looking forward to exploring the lunch and dinner menu. Slightly more expensive than a standard breakfast spot, but the generous portions and the quality of the ingredients justify every dollar. Five stars without hesitation.

Amazing customer service and our food was served super quickly but not at the cost of quality!…read more The vibe was chill, even 45 minutes before closing time. All the customers were happy and the employees were smiling and kind and responsive. I had the Jonny burger and my wife had the caesar salad- both of us agree they were delicious! Leslie and Megan were the two outstanding employees who helped us order and brought us our food and answered our questions. I didn't interact with the chefs at all, but they sure whipped up some good food super fast so they deserve credit too! One thing I noticed is that Megan and Leslie were super kind and cheerful from the minute we walked in. I overheard Leslie mention to Megan that she was working a "clo-pen" which is a closing shift followed by an opening shift. The thing that stood out is that Leslie was HAPPY to work the clopen. I've never heard an employee (even my wife who is a manager for Dutch Bros) not complain about doing a clopen. Props to her!! The staff who worked tonight 8/14/26 should all get raises. Management, take note. You've got some amazing employees who proved to the customers tonight that they deserve raises, and they proved it without even intending to. Great food, great service, great staff, and a lovely environment for us to enjoy!! (Of course, I wouldn't suggest everyone come in right before closing but even when we did, we only had the best experience- as if it were the starts of the staff's shifts)
