Ridiculous! First of all, we walked in and was not acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. When our waitress finally came, she literally walked up to the table with her notepad and looked at us. She never spoke or asked any questions. When we finally, got our food I had hair in my hasbrowns. First things first, this is a waffle house it is not 5* dining. Don't expect it to be something it's not. Waffle House is not the pinnacle of fine dining. That being said they make breakfast so ordering something that is not breakfast will probably not be the best decision here. Although I've heard that the pork chops are pretty good and my b/f likes the chili. I have one of two things when I eat here. Waffles with 2 eggs fried medium and hashbrowns smothered, covered, scattered, capped, diced, and peppered (or for those of you not in the waffle house lingo - chese, onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, and mushrooms). OR I have grits with cheese and toast - always gotta have toast. You really can't go wrong with the hashbrowns. This particular location is one of my favorites because the service is consistently good, and it seems to be one of the cleaner Waffle Houses I've been in. read more

Well let me start off by saying when the food was going in it was good as far as waffle house standards go. When I got home, well, it was all down hill from there. I got really sick and my daughter did too. I'm not sure what I expected from a place that cleans the inside floors with a water hose while making your waffles. Scarey, yea I know. Myself & a friend went to this location today 01/15 23 to have late breakfast. We had not been to a Waffle House in over 30+ years & decided to give thwm a try. We went in, sat at the breakfast bar & waited 15 mins before anyone came to take our drink order. We were waited on by a black female that didn't have on a name tag. There must have been eight or more employees working so they seemed to be well staffed. We made our order. The guy sitting next to me kept asking the waitress for the remainder of his order. Finally, we received part of our order but not our sausage or waffles. Then the guy sitting next to us got mad because he still had not received his entire order & told the waitress that was it and he was leaving. We never got the rest of our order either so we got up, layed cash down to cover our order & left too. The waitress was slow, didn't seem to care & had an attitude that she was going to go at her speed & that was it & everything else was just too bad. We will not be back. read more

Never again. We like going out to breakfast and thought we would go to Waffle House. The service was terrible. The three of us received our dishes at different times. About 5 min. after my husband and I finished ours, my son's 2 waffles finally came. Other patrons who seated after us were getting waffles delivered before my son was. The food was ok but we have been to other places that are much better and food comes out by table, not by person. So this was my first time trying out a Waffle House. I usually go to other breakfast places but today I figured why not give this place a try since it's near home and I always pass it up. When we first walked in, my wife and I were greeted by all the employees there. They have a jukebox playing all genres of music which was pretty cool. It took about 5 mins to get a booth. It's a small place with about 6 tables in all and a few bar stools. Jackie was our server and was very informative about the menu with what we can substitute. The only thing I disliked about the place was the heat. It gets hot inside so wear some shorts and a tank. It's hard to control temp in a small place. Overall our food was served fast and it was delicious. We will come back here. read more

Waffle Houses are tiny. This one is smaller than that! There's very little seating but luckily it's far enough from the club scene that you don't have drunk partygoers sleeping in booths. The kitchen is open of course, so they have to keep their cleanliness standards high. On this night there was a piece of bread and a strip of bacon that were on the floor that were never picked up. As long as it stayed there and not picked up and put on the griddle, I'm good with that. The food was typical diner food. The service was slow. The prices were great! I'll be back. Not because I had a remarkable experience but because it's the Waffle House. read more

Everytime I've tried calling in to make s pick up order, they don't answer. I'm not sure why I kept insisting after a couple times but without exaggeration I intended to make an order more than 10 times . Went here after church not too long ago and just like any Waffle House the service is great. We were able to sit as soon as we got there and were greeted when we sat down. The server was very helpful, I wanted two waffles and eggs and eggs. She told me what combo to get. Food always comes out fast and the waffles were on point and so was the bacon. If I go solely based on food, I'd give it a 2, but the waitresses were so kind so I give it a 3. Hospitality felt like an A+. Wasn't impressed by their waffles. Felt really flat, no bounce to it. Syrup felt lacking as well. I might be too hard on them because I'm comparing these waffles to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. My husband liked his eggs and bacon, but I wouldn't come here just for that. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here again, especially for breakfast food I could make by myself at home. While I normally love Waffle House (and I've been to MANY of them), this one left something to be desired. Pros: 1. The food is fantastically greasy and uniformly yummy. Cheese steak omelet with hash-browns with cheese and chili=heaven! 2. The coffee is always good and is guaranteed to keep you awake! Did you know you can buy the beans too? 3. The (head) cooks are normally nice and good at what they do. This one even came to chat with us for a bit to make sure everything was just right. Cons: 1. The music was WAY too loud, 2. The waitstaff was no where to be found...had to ask for coffee refills more than once. 3. The backup cook left the fridge open for 8+ minutes AND a waitress just kept walking right by it. The cook prepared an entire meal for a party of 4+ while the fridge stayed open! 4. The "strawberry" waffle looks to be more like a thin dribble of strawberry syrup cooked into the top. Bottom line: If you're needing a Waffle House fix, I'd recommend patronizing another one. read more

Employees are great and kept my coffee cupful sure waffle house is known for their waffles so the Allstars breakfast is the way to go since it comes with pretty much everything on their breakfast menu and comes with coffee and is enough food to share. But for me the sausage egg and cheese biscuits are the way to go. read more

Even if you're not picky about where to eat, the gas station nearby would probably be a better choice than this Waffle House. The inside of this restaurant had an unpleasant smell that was like a mixture of cleaning fluid and grease. There were several flies inside, and everything was a bit sticky to the touch. A table off to the side was covered with empty dishes, but the employees made no attempt to clear them despite there being no customers that needed serving. I hoped that the food would be a better and I ordered a cheeseburger, but it was also one of the worst I've had. The patties were dry, flavorless and rather burnt on the edges. The texture was rather gravely and unpleasant in part because there was a good deal of cartilage in the patty. They serve burgers, but no fries. Not even waffle fries. I would recommend passing up this restaurant for any of the other ones nearby like Church's Chicken, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Panda Express or Taco Cabana. read more

What a dump. The floor and kitchen looked like they had just concluded a weekly food fight and nothing had ever been professionally cleaned. Their waffle was a thin flat joke. Their veggie omelet was not listed on the menu but they assured me they can make it. The thing is, they never told me they would put hot peppers in it! We went there March 26 little after 1pm. It was busy we had to wait and that's OK. What's not OK is that 2 tables left and nobody attended to clean them so we still had to wait around . There was 2 other guys waiting also. Dirtiest Waffle House i have ever been to. The tables all dirty when we got there, they never got cleaned and we were the only clients.

I will not be back again. I walk in and the waitress asks me what I would like to drink and I asked for a sweet tea. She then finished making a sandwich for a fellow employee and the. Grabbed my drink 5 minutes later. Then she had to find a cook. The employee she was making a sandwich for was parked in the fire lane and just left her car there to come in for her food that apparently is priority over a paying customer.
