Because I don't eat beef and pork. I have a very specific high protein diet and it's hard to find a restaurant that works for me. The menu was really big. It took me a while to read half of it and I got impatient because I was hungry. I ordered the $10 combo breakfast with substitution for the chicken sausage. While waiting for my food, I saw Little Less Breakfast Menu on the back page. But it was too late to change. I'll save that for next time. Google says their portion is generous. No kidding. My egg whites looked abundant. The French Toast was pretty big too. Omg. That chicken sausages were so juicy and flavorful. I didn't really need hot sauce. The coffee was ok. It got cold pretty quickly. The most important thing was the calories were listed on the menu. I managed to consume right amount of carbs during the first meal of the day. So, I can space out the day. The restaurant was so cute. I didn't have time to look around. That means, I will be back. Maybe shopping for a cute bear boxer shorts too.

I ordered my same order as before and had a completely different type of time. A big cfs, brown gravy, fries and yes I know that's bad for me--childhood nostalgia, I'm a diner type of gal from time to time. The service was great. Felt like a regular with some of the casual small talk with the ladies who work there. The manager was on his way out for the day, but saw him interacting with the crew and you can just tell, these folks like working together. I got to meet him, Alex, was a cool guy with an ever cooler take on what I should order next time. It's a lot of food! A lot a lot. I have this thing where I look around to see what everyone else is having and what I could've ordered. I left there with big leftovers and that big feeling of when your gut and heart are full. It was a diner kinda day. Exactly what I ordered.

I decided…read moreto take my dad here for Father's Day, and luckily this location offered online waitlist reservations. The average wait was about 50 minutes, so it was nice being able to wait at home and head out when our table was almost ready. It was my first time visiting this location, and it did not disappoint. Noah's service was top-notch! He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the 20 oz. Ribeye and the 8 oz. Sirloin. The 20 oz. ribeye seemed a bit smaller than usual, but the food was still great. The mashed potatoes were definitely the standout side dish. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be that the floor in our booth and the seats were covered in bread crumbs. It may have been due to how busy Father's Day was, but the dining experience would have been even better if the area had been swept. Other than that, the food and service were excellent. Definitely ask for Noah if you get the chance!

I also had to send back my mushroom appetizer because it arrived cold. The manager, Billy, spoke rudely to employees who were setting up tables, calling out loudly across the restaurant in front of guests. It was uncomfortable to witness and unprofessional. Between the cold appetizer and disappointing service, this location needs improvement, starting with management and customer service training.

In a now-deleted social media post, allegedly shared in a Facebook group called "White and proud," a user named Nancy Smith said they worked at an unidentified Texas Roadhouse location and was in a pact with other White servers at the restaurant. While it's unclear whether the page that posted the message is a real or a parody account, the user said in the post that some servers at both Texas Roadhouse and Logan's Roadhouse planned to lick their fingers and touch food before serving it to Black diners. The user also purported in the post that this has been going on for a while, or at least since the April 2025 killing of 17-year-old White teenager Austin Metcalf. Karmelo Anthony, a Black teenager, was charged with murder and sentenced to 35 years in prison for the fatal stabbing in a case that drew national attention. Texas Roadhouse is addressing a viral social media rumor alleging that its employees racially targeted and tampered with Black customers' food. The company strongly denies the claims, declaring them a 100% fabricated online hoax. The beef behemoth is facing growing boycott calls after a TikTok went viral alleging a Facebook group called "White and Proud" was targeting black customers. The TikTok, posted by user Sannie Yeanay, read aloud that white servers were deliberately contaminating food. The user said that the Facebook group had over 400,000 members where white servers discussed heading back to the kitchen's "blind spot," licking their fingers, touching food and spitting on rolls ordered by black diners, according to the claim.

The staff were really nice. They actually helped each other out when they had questions and to make sure that everything was done from working the line, serving customers and tidying up the location. I enjoyed my meal. The food was fresh and hot, I had to wait for it to cool before eating. The chicken tasted great and truly tender. I chose country gravy as my dipping sauce and it was good. It was a lot of food for one sitting, so I didn't finish everything - I chose to not eat all the toast, which wasn't the best tasting item. It was clearly made according to my order. I liked the speed of service, quality and freshness of the food. This would be higher on my go-to fast food options in the area. Especially given the desserts they offer.

I have been a loyal customer of this location and many of your other restaurants, which is why this…read morevisit was so disappointing. I have come to expect a consistent standard of cleanliness and professionalism, but this location fell well below those expectations. The men's restroom was in unacceptable condition. It had a strong odor of urine, there were visible signs of urine spillage on the floor, one of the stalls was completely out of toilet paper, and there were no paper towels available to dry my hands. A restroom is often a reflection of how seriously a restaurant takes sanitation, and this one showed a concerning lack of attention. The beverage station was equally disappointing. The counters were covered with sticky drink spills and had clearly not been cleaned for some time. Even more concerning, there were multiple flies flying around the drink area. Seeing insects around a self-service beverage station raises serious concerns about cleanliness and routine maintenance. I politely informed the employee at the front counter about the missing restroom supplies and the condition of the facilities. Rather than acknowledging the concerns or showing any urgency to correct them, I was met with a blank stare and no indication that the issues would be addressed. Customer concerns should never be dismissed, especially when they involve sanitation and health standards. I also observed employees using their phones while working. Food service requires professionalism and attention to cleanliness. Employees should remain focused on serving customers, maintaining the dining area, and ensuring that sanitation standards are consistently met. Front-of-house staff represent the restaurant, and they should be welcoming, attentive, and confident when interacting with guests, particularly when responding to legitimate concerns. This restaurant has great potential, but success begins with leadership, employee accountability, and pride in the workplace. Clean restrooms, a sanitary beverage station, responsive customer service, and engaged employees are not optional--they are fundamental expectations. I sincerely hope management and ownership take this review seriously and implement the necessary improvements so this location can meet the same standards as your other restaurants.
