First time here. Place is packed and super busy. Service was fast and the employees super attentive. Food here is very affordable and the portion size is good. I'm in love with their dinner rolls . They are made fresh in house and so soft and fluffy. 5 stars for the bread. Every customer can take a bag of peanuts home for free!

Strangely I'd never visited Texas Roadhouse until recently, and I kinda love it! Despite being a chain restaurant, I've had a couple great experiences here. First and foremost, you have to order a steak here. They're hand carved in house, and the prices are amazing compared to upscale steakhouses. The ribeye and fillet medallions were both so tender and flavorful! Yum! The cook on my fillet medallions was a bit off. I ordered medium rare, and what I received was one medium, one medium rare, and one raw on the inside. The last one was sent back and rectified. The chili is also awesome and made with leftover steak. I enjoy taking it home for the next day. The complimentary peanuts are a fun way to start your meal. My tip is to get on the waiting list early online, especially on the busy evenings. This place is popular! The one thing I really wish they would do is clear off some dishes when the meal is done, but I understand they are super busy. It's nice that you can pay your bill using the electronic device at the table to save some time. Definitely looking forward to future visits.

Started off getting seated in the typical section in the back that we are sent to (if you know, you know). Even asked if my family could sit at the empty section at the bar but of course it's not available and we meet our folks in the back. Food is standard, except Mac and cheese is terrible and stuck in the shape of a sphere. Restrooms stole the show though, tried to get the pee sheen as best I could. Enjoy

We ate dinner here last week and enjoyed it. The sirloin steak was on point. So was the bread. As well as the loaded sweet potato. It was a good dinner!

Prefer this location than Kingwood. Recent visit was great, our server Rose was great. Everyone enjoyed their meal & customer service.

Back again last week. Pretty much same format The chicken fried steak was too salty that I couldn't eat it. The steak still big but the side orders are shrunken quite a lot.

Stopped in here during dinner time and was surprised we got a spare table! This restaurant is very popular and crowded, busy to the exteme. I would say that the ambiance is somewhat upscale and casual, mixed with undertones of a sports bar and Spring Creek. The prices are relatively reasonable for their portions! Although I'm not typically big on steak, I had to order a steak from Texas Roadhouse. I ordered an 8oz siroloin with a side of green beans and chili (our waitress said that it was part of a Roadhouse experience), and I was quite impressed by their speed and flavor in their delivery. I ordered mine medium rare, and when I cut into it, I was pleased to find the cool red center. The only thing I could have suggested was service - there were many times we had excess plates on the table, empty waters, and empty roll baskets, which were not tended to unless we asked. I really enjoyed my time here!

LongHorn Steakhouse is one of my favorite places when I'm craving a casual steak dinner. I decided…read moreto take my dad here for Father's Day, and luckily this location offered online waitlist reservations. The average wait was about 50 minutes, so it was nice being able to wait at home and head out when our table was almost ready. It was my first time visiting this location, and it did not disappoint. Noah's service was top-notch! He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the 20 oz. Ribeye and the 8 oz. Sirloin. The 20 oz. ribeye seemed a bit smaller than usual, but the food was still great. The mashed potatoes were definitely the standout side dish. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be that the floor in our booth and the seats were covered in bread crumbs. It may have been due to how busy Father's Day was, but the dining experience would have been even better if the area had been swept. Other than that, the food and service were excellent. Definitely ask for Noah if you get the chance!

He tried to eat it, but it had a bitter taste from being overcooked and ultimately had to send it back. The remake was good. My husband ordered the chicken fried chicken, and while it was okay, it didn't taste as good as it did when we last visited about three months ago. I ordered the shrimp appetizer, the flavor was good, but it wasn't as crispy as it should have been. We also had the Brussels sprouts, but the usual sauce they are tossed in seemed to be missing, along with that crispy texture we have enjoyed before. When we first arrived, there was trash under our table, which wasn't appreciated. We did ask for it to be swept, and they handled it quickly. However, the person who swept seemed to have a bit of a bad attitude, though she did take care of it promptly. It was very busy, so perhaps the staff was stretched thin. On a positive note, our waitress was very attentive and kind, which we truly appreciated. They also brought out a complimentary ice cream sundae for my dad's birthday, which was such a sweet touch. We even got to see our favorite waitress, Brandy... she didn't serve us this time but came over to say hello, and that meant a lot. Thank you for helping us celebrate. We're hopeful our next visit will feel more like the experiences we've loved in the past.

Sadly, that was where the good times ended. The decor is an eclectic mix of studio pictures from the attached photography studio. Random yet quaint. The hilarity of brown paper bags stuffed with white claws at the other tables lent a certain added character to the eatery. Certainly interesting. It is a BYOB establishment so you will be left drinking canned sodas or tea. Not a huge issue, but certainly sad. We ordered the lobster bisque as an appetizer. Fishy. I'm not afraid of fishy but I fully expect lobster to be sweet and the bisque to add a burst of creaminess. It was very obviously not fresh lobster. For entrees we ordered the lobster Mac and Cheese and the Blackened Stuffed Flounder. First, the lobster was no less fishy in the Mac and Cheese which was bland and not very flavorful. Secondly, the flounder was a huge disappointment. It wasn't blackened so didn't have that familiar character flavor profile. It was soft throughout. Like a pile of bland mush with zero flavor or texture. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't previously frozen and possible microwaved. To fail on all levels beyond the service is inexplicable. Sadly, this will not be on the rotation of wonderful restaurants to visit in the Kingwood area.

The pecan crusted chicken was dry and the sauce on top of it was too sweet The lamb chops were thoroughly enjoyed by the guest, who ate them All of the desserts could've been sent back because they just weren't any good. The ambience and atmosphere was great because you could hear each other. Talk and enjoy conversation. However, my all in all score of this restaurant is unfavorable. I won't be going back. The reviews that I have seen in the past are nowhere close to what was reality. The best thing that I ate tonight in the restaurant was the warm rolls with the butter.

We try to support local Kingwood are restaurants and hadn't been to Union Kitchen in quite a while. We arrived and asked for a table for 6, the dining room was busy so they said it would be a few minutes. Then 3 more of our group we hadn't expected arrived and the hostess quickly let the servers know to make our table larger. We only had to wait 8 or 9 minutes and were seated in the side dining room which was great as it was not crowded so it was easy to talk without a lot of ambient noise from the more crowded main room. I believe one of the assistant managers began taking drink orders as our designated server was finishing up some tables nearby. She had a great sense of humor and quickly went to get our drinks. FYI, they have both an All Day menu and a lunch special one which we hadn't seen before a their website so that is an option and is a bit less expensive with smaller servings than the All Day one. As it was April 15, they had a special small Tax Day menu where everything was prices at $4.15! What a cute idea! We all ordered our lunches and soon we were enjoying what was brought out. I had the special lentil soup and the blackened salmon tacos, my wife had the 1/2 lb classic burger and the house made potato chips. Everything was excellent. Glad we stopped by for our group lunch.

The food did surprise me aside from looking very simple it had such great punch of flavor. I ended up having the blackened fish with mashed potatoes and asparagus which was perfectly combined yet very simple looking. The half sweet unsweet tea was absolutely perfect it really gave the South Justice for tea. Overall I don't know if I would come back, I'm not a big steak eater but the steak did look great. It's in a shopping Plaza with plenty of parking in the front
