I have only been to The Waffle Bus and Crazy Cravings, the Waffle Bus was great and well priced for the amount of food you get. Also the service was fast and great by the gentleman who ran it. HOWEVER Crazy Cravings on the other hand took forever to get me my food. Not only did they take a long time, they also charge an arm and a leg for a birria quesadilla & a strawberry lemonade. I paid $33 for food that wasn't even good and a small portion. And a lemonade that was mainly ice. Porky's is a great environment and in a nice area and I will be returning at some point. But most Definitely not going to be going to "Crazy Cravings" ever again and they should remove and replace it with something better. read more

While we were in Humble we visited Porky's Backyard. The vibe alone made it worth checking out. Great service and plenty of TVs to catch the football games, good music, drinks, and exotic cars displayed throughout the place. Definitely not your typical sports bar. We grabbed a bucket of Modelos and Coronas, watched some football and just hung out for a while. I also liked that they had food trucks surrounding the place, so you have plenty of options when you get hungry. The Blacken Shrimp Tacos and fries we grabbed were really good too. Overall, just a fun, laid-back spot with a little something different. Good drinks, football, food trucks and exotic cars, hard to complain about that combination. My daughter and I visited Porky's Food Truck Park on a Friday night around 9:00 p.m. We've been here several times before, although it had probably been about three months since our last visit, and this experience was definitely different from what we remembered. Normally, Porky's is packed, so I was surprised that we were able to park right in the front. There were cars in the parking lot, but once we walked inside, there really weren't many people. We also noticed a sign at the entrance stating no children under 18. My daughter is 17 and was with me, so we went in together without an issue. We walked around checking out the different food trucks and eventually decided on a Smash Burger. The burger was absolutely delicious! No complaints at all about the food. Where things got confusing was around 9:30 p.m. We went to the bar to order drinks and get some ice, only to discover that the bar was already closed. The music had stopped, people were leaving, and it appeared that the entire inside area was shutting down. We were really surprised because the advertised closing time online was 2:00 a.m. Even the food trucks seemed to have different closing times. The truck we ordered from told us we were their last order because they were closing at 10:00 p.m. He explained that their truck is owned by Porky's, while some of the other trucks are independently operated and have their own hours. Another family arrived while we were waiting for our food and was just as confused as we were. They had specifically come because they expected a lively atmosphere and multiple food options. After realizing things were shutting down, they decided to leave. That was probably the most disappointing part. Porky's used to be somewhere you could come later in the evening and expect music, people, food trucks, drinks, and a fun atmosphere. This time, by 9:30 on a Friday night, it felt like the night was already over. My daughter and I still enjoyed ourselves because our purpose was really to spend some time together, talk, and enjoy each other's company, and those burgers were GOOD! But I definitely think the hours need to be clearer. If the main area and bar close around 9:30 and individual food trucks have different hours, that should be communicated online so people know what to expect before making the trip. Hopefully this was just an unusual night, because we've enjoyed Porky's in the past. I would definitely come back for the food, but next time I would come much earlier. read more

I can't believe I forgot to review this place. It's about time they have something like this on this side of town. Porkys is a large bar styles venue with two floors, huge tv displays. games, dining tables, music with a stage, a parking lot full of random food trucks of a variety of cuisines and is just a very trendy, modernized food truck yard house. If you love fried wings and fries, Soul Goode is the truck here. Overall experience was better than expected, and would come again, afternoon time for a quick bite and drinks again. Good place if you wanna avoid those brunch spots on the weekend or that downtown traffic hussle and bussle. Good vibes, and family-friendly place. Locals come here from Atascocita/Humble/Kingwood more so. Parking can be challenging, but I guess it depends on the time and day coming. Porky's itself is a cool establishment. There's several food trucks to choose from outside. There's also an air conditioned indoor area where there's a full bar *(note there's a 18% gratuity added to each order @ the bar) and restrooms. Inside there's live music. Now the 3 Stars unfortunately is due to The Waffle Bus food truck. They had a couple of chicken options and One alleged smashburger option and I use smashburger very loosely. This was far from a smashburger. It was just a small beef patty around the size of the McDonald's cheeseburger for 10 bucks. Nothing smashed about it. I was looking for the outside crispy crust of a smashburger and I got a small Patty but the brioche bun was delicious. The bread was the best part of the whole hamburger. I recommend staying clear of this spot at least after you're getting a hamburger and maybe stick with the chicken which I didn't have. So I can't vouch for it. But as far as a burger goes smashburger they definitely failed. Overall, I recommend visiting Porky's. They have about 10 food trucks with different options BBQ, Chicken, Hawaiian, Cajun, American they definitely have options. We finally made it here and I'm glad we did. There's something for everyone here from the great variety of food trucks, to the bar and inside seating (THANK YOU!!) and the punching bag game. If you want a more quiet experience with jumping throughout your meal, do not sit by that game. The seating is mostly open - large enough for multiple parties to sit. Great family fun! You're inside a large warehouse/barn, but they have food trucks around the building with different food types. They have a playground area for the kids and a full bar inside for the adults. If you sit inside at the tables you get a waitress, not sure about the tables outside. They also had a live band and DJ. OMG where do I even begin? Porky's used to be my all time favorite spot. I brought friends and family here all the time because it was such a unique, fun, family-friendly place. But it has completely gone downhill, and the owners clearly don't care. I'm so embarrassed that I ever recommended this place to anyone. This is not a safe environment anymore. I noticed a decline lately but this past weekend was the worst experience I've ever had. The entire place reeked of weed, and the playground was chaos. Groups of teenagers were playing tackle football violently and loudly! They were throwing the ball around and hitting customers, cussing, using slurs, pushing and shoving around small children. Literally choking each other to the point of almost passing out. My 6 year old son had his ball kicked over the fence by the group. The parents were nowhere to be found, likely drinking at the bar. In the past, staff would at least monitor the playground and keep things under control. Not anymore and not to mention the area was filthy. To make it worse, a bigger group of rowdy teenagers stood behind the fence of the playground watching and cheering on the chaos. Porky's may not be a babysitter, but they absolutely could have and should have broken this up and asked these people to leave the playground. Instead, it feels like they've turned a blind eye in the name of money, letting these trashy customers do whatever they want no matter how unsafe and disruptive it is. This was the final straw for me. I will never come back and I will never recommend Porky's again. What was once such a fun, safe spot has been ruined. If they don't get control of this, something very bad is going to happen here. This place is straight up ghetto now. read more

Sorry late upload. We finally made it sometime last weekend. Drove to this location to check out the food carts. There weren't a lot of good choices and some food cart were closed. The barn was packed and of course the bar was crazy busy! There were sims upstairs and downstairs for all to enjoy. There lambos were parked up on the lift. It was pretty cool to see the garage bustling and lively We chose the mexican food cart and thai cart. Sadly, it took about an hour to get the mexican food and it wasn't as good as we thought. If ever there was a scathing indictment to the level of entitlement and lack of education that an "owner" had, Austin's response is just that. First. thank you for pointing out that I don't have daddy's money to start a business but let's be honest, you're just playing at it. As you stated, let's break this down shall we. First, I was unaware that your dad's establishment was based on benevolence and not making money. I would direct whoever explains business to you so that you understand it to the FLSA rules set forth by the DOL. If your 18% compulsory gratuity is indeed to help the tipped staff not be bilked by us peasants, give them an honest wage and take tips out of the equation. Furthermore, in the great state of Texas, a business owner can reserve compulsory gratuity and not distribute all or a portion of the gratuity. Please have someone read to you TAC Title 34 Part 1 Chapter 3 Subchapter O Rule §3.337 in it's entirety. The sneakiness test is when you place the sign of said mandatory gratuity several feet away and then the person ringing you up swings the tablet around and there are several pre-populated options for voluntary gratuity. I tip quite well so was very surprised to see this play out. Put a note on the POS tablet and have your people be vocal. But I digress, how about just nixing the gratuity as part of the equation in your staff's salary and pay them a wage that doesn't give your daddy the option to pay them less than they are worth. In your words, sir, "they bartenders only make minimal dollars and live on tips." That's your doing, sir, so thanks for confirming that you underpay your staff. Have the person reading this break it down for you. Also, google hypocrisy and I'm sure it's a Wolf family portrait. Secondly, your laughable attempt to brag about how wealthy you were and how poor I am was hilarious as you know nothing about me. Did I strike a nerve? Plenty of people here, but no trouble getting a parking spot. 16 food trucks here with the majority open for business. We opted for the Hawaiian truck which was so good. I especially enjoyed the short ribs. We ordered drinks at the bar in doors. We finished our meal with funnel fries dessert from the Piggie's Pizza and Wings truck. Oh my heavens! Delicious! I ordered it with pineapple and then topped with icecream and all the things they drizzle on top. I loved that it didn't taste greasy like funnel cake often does. They had a great system to notify you when the food was done with the buzzers especially since they knew everyone would walk around. We have gone 2 times already. We went for the grand opening and again on a Sunday morning for a car show. Both times have been great! The ambiance is casual and fun. There is a super nice play ground for the kids with rubber chips not wood. It's also fenced in and safe for the kiddos to play. The selection of food trucks is crazy. We had tacos and Hawaiian and both were good. The bar was definitely over whelmed for the grand opening but it seems as though they have made adjustments and corrected the issue.
