And when I got to the front to get my food they brought everyone's food but mine and I could see my salad on their food table just collecting that sun heat. I placed an order at 10:09 a.m. and it wasn't brought to the car until 10:23 a.m. I should have gone through the drive-thru! This Chick-Fil-A location always presents me with a problem in some form or fashion literally on every visit! Either my order is messed up, or something that I ordered is not in my bag, they don't give me the number of dressings or sauces I ask for, the employees are not respectful and courteous, or the food quality is lousy! Unfortunately, over the past few years, this location has fallen into disrepute. The overall management of this location lacks in the noble, charming standards for which Chick-fil-A is known. Granted the staff is not rude per se, but the overall lack of courtesy, kindness, and, well, that McDonald's vibe is, for lack of a better word, alive here. Not worth paying 9.00 Very small container with a bunch of lettuce 3 cherry tomatoes, little pieces of shredded chicken nuggets, a few sprinkles of corn and few sprinkles of black beans, a little bag of salty corn chips and some nasty little peanut things. And big pack of salad dressing. Don't no why I needed the huge pack of salad dressing for a little ass 10 dollar salad. Chicken is very spicy. I am so annoyed. The staff is lovely BUT this location is sooooooooo slow. There is like zero sense of urgency. I'm sure in the mornings majority of people are on their way to work, nobody wants to be waiting 10-15 mins in a drive thru. Very disappointed in Chic Fil a we ordered over 200 dollars worth of food for a baby shower plus added a few more items they were supposed to be ready at 2pm.. We are here still waiting to top it off we also ordered Gallons of tea and lemonade and asked for Ice and they said It will be an extra charge. The employees at this particular restaurant could use some cross training. They should cross train with the other Chick-fil-A stores that have exceptional customer service. I can't fault for what they don't have common sense, courtesy and respect to their customers... this should be identified by the management and the owner operator of this Chick-fil-A. Based on the number of reviews stating the same thing it appears no one cares. They obviously have not been told that it is essential in the proper way of conducting business with the public. If you have ever been, you know it. Fast food is fast food. What can I say. However I must add I am not a Chick-Fil-A fan. Now since the last time I have had it, there have been some changes. I still am not a fan of their normal fair. But I did have a side salad instead of those lame fries things (in my opinion), and I was surprised, it was very good, and the spicy dressing I ordered was equally good. Also I had their pecan brownie, and I was again surprised how good it was. A little chewy, good flavor, excellent. However their sandwich still was not the best. This is the worst Chick fil a I have ever gone to. I am rating them in a franchise scale not a normal fast food scale. I have been here a few times as it is the closest one to my house and each time I leave asking myself why I went back. The service is slow. The tables are always dirty. The last time I went the lettuce was partially rotten and the cashiers clearly didn't pay attention to who was next to serve in line. This is the worst chicken fila I've ever been too. I ordered to dine in and both of my items came in bags resulting in a whole bunch of bags everywhere. It was trashy like a rainy Tuesday. Also I never got the milkshake I ordered so I had to ask for it again to be made as if the worker had dimentia, then when I went to throw away the trash, both were full to the top like a can of green beans. The service at this Chic fil A is very sub standard. I travel several states and look for CFA's due to their exemplary service; but the Humble location is lacking. When I said "thank you" the response was "no problem" which totally knocked me off balance. The older lady who was working the front counter looked and acted like she would rather be anywhere but here. I doubt I will return to this location unless they're my only choice.
