Cold toasted club with fries and hero sauce! Add bacon for that extra bang.

Firehouse catered our Women's Lunch and sandwiches & salad were so fresh and delicious. Flawless service, easy ordering and everything was ready on time with condiments and dressing included. Staff is very friendly, professional and ensured our needs were met. We will use them again.

World Class Meatball Sub that will make you slap your mamma!

Two weeks ago I had a great meatball sub from Firehouse. I've gone back four times since. I can guarantee you that you will not regret it. Management and staff took their time and made sure the food and service was great. My go to has been the meatball sub (extra cheese) jalapeños and olive oil. Tell them Jarrett suggested it.

Amazing management! The place has done nothing but improved over the last 5 months. Go check out the new remodel!

Employees need a lesson on Customer service, they were extremely rude when taking my order the first time. It took over 20mins to get my meal. So the second time I went, I ordered online. To avoid the interaction. But after arriving at 7pm ... 15 mins after the app told Me my sandwich would be ready. I was told.you need to wait acouple more minutes" after 30 minutes from placing my order I got my sandwich went home, to find it was wrong.. shame I won't be back because the parm sandwich is a good.

This is the fat that came off of my husband's smokehouse brisket sandwich. I'm disgusted there's more fat than beef brisket! Waist of money

This location needs to get it together! The fat that came off the brisket sandwich was a disgrace

Pastrami sub. Where's the beef?

Had the pastrami and the hook and ladder. Nothing special and not a lot of meat either, especially in the pastrami (just one slice). It took forever to get the food too. We ordered at the counter and waited and waited about 20 minutes even though nobody was there. I think they were making web or phone orders because everyone was working - just not on my order. Chili had beans which I don't care for. Taste was ok. Everyone was wearing masks which was good. Overall very lack luster and experience and nothing to stand out. Won't be back.

Location

Came in at 4:35pm to get two sandwiches med plain Jane.... The workers had us waiting an hour for our order. They decided to work on other orders before ours. When asked they said they are working on it and got some telephone orders in so they were behind. Then proceeded to do some order for some people that came in after us. We were completely understanding that only two were working. But at the hour make we decided to give up. Then all of sudden they were quickly working on our order. No thanks please give it to homeless. SMH do better. Just because we are really understanding doesn't mean you can "poop" on nice people. I really hope y'all have it to homeless.

Food is usually always good, but they consistently forget my pickles. Even when I ask for extra, I get none. It's sad

I totally get the hype about this place! If I lived nearby, you can bet I'd work my way through…read moretheir whole menu. There's just something different about this style of sandwich. I've had sandwiches in NYC and Boston, but Tony's were definitely better! The menu is overwhelming because so much sounds good, so we went with two 7 inch sandwiches to split--one hot and one cold. Although a helpful tip from the cashier is that you can order any cold sandwich hot. We had the Lucky Luciano (hot) and the Sophia (cold). Both were really good--it was hard to choose between the two. But if I'm being honest, that cold sandwich was reminiscent of subs I loved in the early 2000s from places that no longer exist...with that super thinly sliced turkey, thick slice of Swiss cheese, and basil mayo--it really hit the spot. We also had a cannolo--not as good as others I've had. The bottled root beer was delightful. The Lucky Luciano was the kind of sandwich I came here for, and don't get me wrong, it is deliciously cheesy and will make your hands messy. But the Sophia is the kind of sandwich I'll be craving. My only regret was not taking a sandwich to-go for later. Open a location closer to Houston, please. :)

Many visits later it pains me to remove a star FOR BEVERAGE ISSUES ONLY (the food is still…read morefantastic). They are a pepsi place (booooooo!), and there's no diet pepsi (pepsi zero is their only zero calorie soda option). If you drink Diet Coke (most popular diet drink in USA), then you don't want diet pepsi, but you'll probably drink it if you have to; however, you're very likely to hate pepsi zero (and Coke Zero, too), so no soda for you here anymore! A full Coke setup that also includes Dr Pepper AND Diet Dr Pepper is ideal. I realize a pepsi fountain is more profitable because of distributor incentives, but pepsi is favored by almost nobody and hated by many...so is it really worth it? Tony's is so great that pepsi just does not fit in. Hopefully they don't deteriorate further and change to Wonderbread for all of their sandwiches. Bottom line: at the very least, please add diet pepsi to your soda machine if that brand remains in place.

What a wonderful experience! I don't know the last time a restaurant made me feel cared for like…read morefamily. I stopped at this location while in transit as a pick location. Everyone I encountered from the parking lot to the servers inside were wonderful! I'm talking about stopping traffic so I could safely cross the drive thru lanes, to opening doors, to taking my order as I was seated in the to go area. I especially liked seeing a multigenerational workforce. The atmosphere was calm and normal for Chick Fil-A in the morning. When I returned in the afternoon...Baby! It was all kinds of busy. But service didn't suffer for the most part. My food was very good both times. I had the egg white breakfast sandwich and some tea, and later I had a bowl of soup and a fruit cup. Upon leaving, my Metro Lift driver was having a hard time locating me. The attention staff provided in locating and communicating with the driver is unmatched! I felt cared about and supported, as they helped navigate my pickup and were willing to assist getting me to the spot. I don't recall names, as there were so many awesome people. This in my opinion speaks volumes for management and the company's core values. Keep up the amazing service.

Since DD didn't cook the food, I don't understand why the establishment is fine with their customers being served subpar because there is a middle man. The chicken is RAW. Every time I'm in person, this location has kind employees, and decent ambiance but often gets the order wrong. Leading to fast food being slow with long wait times. This blatant disregard by the MOD is not reflective of the operator of this location. But it sure made for a Bad Friday on Good Friday. Raw chicken isn't kosher and it's dangerous.
