This location came in clutch with a recent door dash order that was perfectly seasoned, perfectly packaged, still hot upon delivery and perfectly sized. I didn't expect much for a delivery but I want to highlight that this was ironically the best order I've gotten from them, one where I was not present. Perhaps I'm the problem. Seriously, I'm proud of this location, love this crew (we frequent it a lot in person due to location/proximity and the Louisiana dry rub) and commend them for winging it this Saturday. This is my second review for this location however we've seen the highs and lows...but consistency is just not there. Service has improved and the staff has been pretty attentive even at its busiest....however when you're not busy, please stop refrying pre-fried wings then tossing them in sauce. My dad and I ordered 2 fries and 10 lemon pepper wings. The fries were good and warm but the wings were the total opposite. The wings were barley cooked all the way and when my dad called up there they wouldn't even answer the phone. Even after calling multiple times they wouldn't pick up. Good thing we ordered 2 fries because that's all we had to eat for dinner. I hope when my dad goes up there we get some sort of compensation because this is ridiculous. I called 9 times to place an order without luck. So I drove in to place my order only to walk in to find the manager and about 6 employees playing around. I placed my order and had to wait over 30 mins which negates me wanting to call in my order. I arrived home and guess what?? my order was incorrect. This is a very fast and ideal place to stop and get a late night snack. They are open late and very quick. You can see everyone working and getting orders out. I go there often to pick up a two pack and drive all the way back into Kingwood. When I get home - I'm happy the wings and fries are still hot. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! To say it was good or even tasty would be a stretch! Ordered 2 bone in thighs. What I got looked like they'd cut all the meat off the bone for their bites and fried the bone in the skin. There was no meat to taste. Took it back(an inconvenience) management said would refund up to $15 on my card. But it was so busy, he couldn't do it while I was there and he would call me to let me know it was done.
