Service was eh. I am not from Houston and the guy taking my order wasn't too helpful or recommended anything . I guess I could have asked for the best sellers but I felt rushed. He Almost put in a catfish po boy instead of shrimp po boy. The price was crazy expensive. We ordered 8 wings , shrimp po boy , kids tender , 4 tender meal, and the boudin rolls. It came out to be about $90-$95 with the tip. Probably should t of given a large tip . Oh ... I came back and got drinks for an additional $17 for 2 lemonade and Coke Zero. The food was a 4 out of five .. the flavor was absolutely delicious but my wings were really cold and their wings were half the size of wing stop. Something about the ranch was delicious.... It could have been homemade. My wife also got sweet potatoes and they were way better than the fries. For some reason the kids meal didn't let you have a sauce , for only 2 tenders and for it being $11 ... not sure why you couldn't. Before we left we also got to see a tree roach on the ground laying on its back and freaked out my girls. I was surprised to see this place had a 4.7 on Google reviews .... The food was amazing as soon as I walked in there was no line. I received my food within 10-15 mins. I walked in about 30 minutes to closing, and the employees was very kind. Live less than 5 minutes from this place and I'd been wanting to try them since they opened. Called in an order and asked the young lady on the phone if they were whole wings or party wings. She didn't know the difference. However, they are indeed party wings. These wings are amazing. The fries were pretty tasty too. We got the 18 piece wing meal. Although they were delicious, I can't justify spending nearly $50 for this one meal. In this economy, this is beyond an acceptable place to enjoy often. 18 party wings, a box of fries and 6 store bought Hawaiian rolls is not worth $48. If they were WHOLE WINGS, this would be worth it! If they had a happy hour menu that had food options, I'd definitely visit here regularly and sit at the bar for a drink and even tell my friends to join me. However, until that happens, I'll splurge once every few months MAYBE. read more

Wings - 5/5 DELICIOUS. I had some pretty juicy ones while others seemed relatively normal sized, but again I absolutely love the flavors. It was my first time, and I ordered 6piece Parmesan LP & 6piece Zesty Honey Garlic. Both flavors were fantastic to say the least. I would definitely get them again but will be trying my go-to flavor of spicy LP next time in there. My brother ordered the boneless bbq which were delicious as well. In his words, they were the best boneless bbq wings he had. I tried one and agree they were super tasty, and the chicken quality definitely seems better than normal wing spot boneless wings. I'll probably get those next time. Boudin rolls - 3/5 FOR ME. I felt that they had mainly cheese or a sauce inside, so I had one and gave the others to my brother which he said were good. Try them out for yourself! House lemonade: 5/5. I love a good lemonade and this def hit the spot. My brother said it was really good too. The cashier was very nice and helpful when ordering, and the owner came out a few times to greet us and ask how we were doing which is always a great touch. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because this place is PRICEY. We came later than we planned and sat on it for a few days since the prices are noticeably high, and I known wings / pretty much anything isn't cheap nowadays, but I was like dayum! I paid a little over $40 for my 12 wings, 3 boudin rolls, and lemonade. I also really like the interior with all the Houston/Texas sports paintings, and it would be a great spot to catch football. Basically my ideal wing place, has great wings, serves alcohol and has sports on multiple TVs. The wings are a nice size and are perfectly seasoned; not over-seasoned to the point of sogginess nor under-seasoned like Glupkers. The decor and ambiance inside is really nice! I got the 6 piece wings (no fries) with the Zesty honey garlic sauce and it was amazing. Food came out quick and the wings were crispy and warm. Our server was nice as well, shoutout to her. The only problems I have with this place is that they skip from 8pc wings to 12pc wings and the price. Here's the price per wing at this location. 6pc- $1.83 , 8pc- $1.87, 12pc-$1.75 If you get the 8 piece, you're paying more per wing than the 6 piece. Let's now compare this to Buffalo Wild Wings price per wing. 6pc- $1.83 10pc-$1.59 15pc - $1.50 At BWW you a better price per wing ratio. However, we need to talk about the overall price as well. We can't just look at the price per wing. OVERALL PRICE WING BOSS(just wings, no fries)= 6pc-10.95, 8pc- 14.95, 12pc- 20.95 OVERALL PRICE BWW(just wings, no fries) = 6pc-10.99, 10pc- $15.99, 15pc- $22.49 As you can see, overall it's cheaper at Wingboss because of the # of wings sold are different. You're getting lower prices because you're getting sold less wings, but the wings you get there actually cost more per piece than at BWW. If Wingboss sold 10pc wings it would cost more than 10pc wings at BWW. I hope this helps clarify some things. Also, I think wing bosses wings are better than BWW, so the increased price per piece might be worth it for you if it means you get a better quality tasting wing. I didn't even get a chance to try the food. I walked in fully expecting to try the food based on reviews from the other location but the cashier with the braids was very sassy and seemed to not want to be at work. I asked questions and she treated me like it was annoying her. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but when you work in some sort of hospitality occupation you put that kind of thing to the side. This place was very nice and clean. As soon as my family and I walked in, Michelle greeted us warmly. She was absolutely amazing super friendly and welcoming. She helped us go through the menu and recommended the best options for our family. Her customer service was spot on! Another thing we really appreciated was that we didn't have to wait long for our food. Everything came out fresh and delicious. I was craving wings so the expectations were high. I am happy to say The Wing Boss did not disappoint! From supreme service to spectacular food, I can assure everyone- this place is a keeper and needs to be supported! I was humming the entire time and ate it all! The drinks are also incredible, we had the hurricane and the pineapple twist which are made and bottled by Wing Boss- big juicy flavor and strong! This place was a massive disappointment which explains why it was completely empty when we went there. The prices are high. The wings are small pretty sure the ranch is just hidden and our table was dirty when we got to it as well as the table behind us which had ketchup smeared all over it. The wings flavor was all right, but the fact that my wings didn't come out steaming hot considering no other customers were there is pretty disappointing and unacceptable. During our visit, we were the only patrons, so service was good. The food, in general, was good. An order of fries is enough to share.
