Very nice upscale cigar lounge. They have a nice selection of cigars and accessories. Very helpful staff and they're always around to check up on you.

Cheroot has been on my radar for a minute to try out. They are located in the Cypress area but deep in the rear of the shopping center. Your GPS should be able to guide you there. Plenty of parking out front. It has a upscale vibe, leather chairs throughout and a piano player on location with relaxing songs. There is a nice sized humidor with a great selection of cigars and a full bar with almost everything you can want for. There service was very professional. They are also several TV's throughout he establishment. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I plan on returning in the near future.

Rarely in the US, but here bc the selection is extensive.

Where do I even begin??? The owner(s) are geniuses is all I can say! This lounge was over needed in Cypress not only for cigar smokers but for business people! From the moment you walk in you feel like you're in a VERY HIGH CLASS lounge that you'd find in places like NYC, LV or LA. Tucked away in a strip mall is where you'll find this hidden gem. The humidor is extensive and you're sure to find you hearts desire, Im sure. The bartenders pour drinks and carry themselves like you would see in any high end speak easy. This is definitely a place to visit no matter what the occasion! Thank you Cheroots for picking Cypress!

Very nice atmosphere with mature clientele. Old fashion went very well with my cigars. Will definitely frequent this place.

The wife and mother-in-law (MIL)...I'm sure you can figure that out (Love her) adjourned (twice..more later) to enjoy an afternoon of champagne, vino, and charcuterie. I tried making reservations online all week but couldn't find an option. I even called the day of and no one picked up, so I was a little nervous walking in without a reservation. Thankfully, they were able to seat us right away--apparently a lot of reservations had canceled or no-showed. The place itself is super cute. Not too busy when we first arrived, but it definitely picked up at one point. Everyone was friendly when we walked in, and the wine specials were amazing. I ordered the Pinot Noir flight, and for the price, it just made sense--totally worth it. Now the food... SO good. Everything was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. We tried the empanadas, the ceviche, the mussels, and I got the steak with shrimp (not sure the exact name). It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and honestly it was phenomenal. I'd come back just for that dish alone. I definitely want to return for happy hour and maybe another girls' night. The only downside: our first server. I'm not sure if he was flustered, annoyed, or just having a day, but his energy toward our table was not it. We came out to relax and get away from attitudes at home, not to deal with more. He seemed impatient and uninterested, didn't offer recommendations, took our order and rushed off, and overall treated us very differently from the table next to us--who he was super sweet to, even giving them a hug at one point. I was the first one there and he was nice initially, but once the rest of my friends arrived, his whole demeanor changed. We asked for a different server, and that made ALL the difference. The second server--the gentleman with the bald head and beard--was phenomenal. Patient, helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome. 100% recommend sitting in his section! Overall, the prices were reasonable, the drinks and food were delicious, and the vibe was great. I'll definitely be back--just hopefully with a smoother reservation process and NOT with that first server. Happy hour and steak night, here I come!

Hubby had the short ribs with carrot puree and cauliflower mash which was a puree too and a small piece of meat with gravy. Not worth the price. The owners are highly engaged in ensuring that you have an exceptional dining experience. From the fun room with all the superheroes to the outside to the main room with all the TVs it's just a unique dining experience, no matter where you sit. The food is top-notch we took on the mixed grill and had a delightful dining experience with humus and baba ghanoush that you could eat with a spoon. The chicken kebab were delicious. Had a nice texture to him very flavorful and not overly spicy perfect for children. Their french fries are absolutely worth getting no matter what the dining choice. They are fresh cut cooked perfectly and have an absolutely delicious taste and crispness. I would get them as an appetizer all by themselves. We are definitely gonna become regulars here as the price point is not too high has to be cost prohibitive, except on the most rare of occasions, yet the dining is white tablecloth with appropriate level of elegance. They're only being open a year, they have it dialed in right.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was shockingly bad…read more We were served burnt food -- not slightly overdone, but completely burnt. When the waitress asked if everything was okay, I told her directly that the food was burnt. She smiled, said nothing, and walked away. No apology, no acknowledgment, no attempt to fix anything. From that point on, she essentially abandoned our table. She never cleared our appetizer plates, never checked back, and we had to chase her down just to get the check. When we told her again that everything was burnt, she acted surprised and gave us a sarcastic pouty face, even though I had already told her earlier. She said she would "talk to the lady," and when I asked who that was, she said it was the manager. A few minutes later she returned and told us -- word for word -- that "the lady doesn't care, my manager doesn't care." I have never in my life had a restaurant openly admit they don't care about serving burnt food or about their customers' experience. To make matters worse, when I checked the receipt afterward, we had been overcharged by $30. Between the burnt meals, the dismissive attitude, the lack of service, the bizarre unprofessional behavior, and a manager who apparently "doesn't care," this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Houston. There are too many excellent Mediterranean restaurants in this city to waste time or money at a place that treats customers like this.

I'm just not ok with a dj who is being paid by the owner, telling folks or allowing the MC to tell folks in order to request a song, you gotta pay. If I chose to tip him, so be it, but being forced ain't cool. My biggest complaint was the price of everything. Now I'm a country chick and realize that prices are more expensive in the city. I was approached by the manager and I told her I needed a set up. She asked me what chasers I wanted and I said water and coke. I was charged separately for the water and coke that was supposed to be included in my set up.... so all together for a set up and a hookah, I paid over $60. I've never paid, IN HOUSTON, more than $10 for a set up and $35 for a hookah. Then they have small 4 oz paper cups to get the ice out with. After all this she attempted to charge me a bottle fee for each bottle I brought in. I sincerely think the young lady wasn't sure about what she was doing. Again she maintained her professionalism but she looked overwhelmed. Let's move on to those hookahs, the flavor lasted maybe 10-15 minutes and then the other lady who was helping refresh the coals was firmly pressing them down on the foil. I called her to the side and advised her that she was going to burn the shisha like that and sure enough my next puff was nothing but burnt shisha. They did replace it for free so I can't say much about that but overall....... The employees need training, I think they were overwhelmed and I think y'all were understaffed to serve the amount of people that accompanied this party... Great establishment Great employees Refine their skills and you'll be open a long time.
