Morons waited over an hour to decide to cancel my order because the wait was to long...NEVER EVER USING THEM or DOORDASH AGAIN

Good wings and good service. My two favorite flavors are Cajun and Garlic Parmesan. Not too happy with the fries they are always way over cooked and they don't taste the same as they did when Wingstop first opened. Anyway from now on I will just order the wings and still be happy. read more

If I could give zero stars .... I would . I ordered through the app at 6:30 pm , my order said completed at 7pm . I go in they seem like they were having a rough and busy day . Whatever , I waited and waited . The girls up front asked for my name about 2 times , went back and looked but nothing. Mind you , they were passing out wrong orders as well. So at 7:40 I go up and tell them my order said it's been done since 7. They said they don't have it blah blah blah . So they reprinted my receipt and said it'll be bout 10 mins . Okay cool , so I waited went in and it was done .. one of the ladies up front said to check it to make sure they got everything. So I did and they missed a large fry and 2 ranch . So I let her know , she told the manager I believe and she asked my name and then proceeded to ask for my fucking receipt .... Like huh ? I waited almost an hour . When you want pancakes you go to IHOP. When you want wings, you go to. . . WINGSTOP!!! I do not know about this new place call BreWingzs (how do you pronounce that anyway)? but Wingstop is the go to place for a wing fix. As much as I try to be spending saavy on eating out, good wings cannot be bought at a bargain. On a Sunday evening, not too many places are open that sell wings, so I decided to yelp my destination to wing satisfaction. This Wingstop was right across the street, so I busted a U to bust a $10 spot for 6 wings, fries, and a drink. Although I didn't want the drink, I actually wanted fries too, so the combo seemed like a better value--if the fries had'nt been the precursor to hypertension! There was just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much salt on these fries. It was like licking a salt cube. They weren't thick cut fries either, so almost like biting into a salt stick. Yum!!! Of course, I would have politely told the server that I wanted my money back if I had dined in, but of course, my hectic schedule had me taking out my order and discovering this at home. If I had not lost my receipt, I would have contacted the manager about it; since I have misplaced it. yelping about it is the best way to redeem my purchasing error. In all honesty, the wings were ok, but not for the price. Next time I have a desire for Wingtstop, I will A: purchase on 60 cent Mondays and Tuesdays, and B: purchase or make homemade fries. I'm not a breast guy, I'm a wing man. After a couple of beers I needed sustenance. Wingstop right across the street, so why not? I can't do that other wing place anymore, B-Dubs, cause they suck! I ordered up some mango habanero, garlic parmesan and Louisiana rub traditional wings. I only eat traditional because "boneless wings" are just chicken nuggets as far as I'm concerned. Let me tell you, this place made me a fan. All the wings were super flavorful and cooked to perfection. The ranch was really good, seems like it's made in the restaurant and has plenty of dill. I'll start with the negative and there's only one. Twice I have placed an order online to save on time and both times the order was not started until I got to the location and told them I had placed an online order. The problem is that the printer where the order comes in is under the counter so it makes it an out of sight, out of mind situation. The lesson, call in your order. Otherwise, the wings, fries and friendliness of the staff are all top notch and Wingstop will always get my business. read more

So, it wasn't a terrible experience by any means. I wouldn't say that I would never eat here again. This just does not rank very high in my list of wing joints. I'm not going to lie. I really like Buffalo Wild Wings for my wings. My son actually chose this place for dinner. I'll give credit right off the bat. The staff working this location were very friendly and patient with me as this was my first time ordering from them. They answered all of my questions. Believe it or not, friendly customer service is getting hard to find these days. As for the food, it was just a meh for me. It wasn't terrible. I did find the fries to be way too salty almost to the point where they were not edible. The boneless wings were not bad. I may have just chosen the wrong sauces - garlic Parmesan and hickory bbq. I just prefer Buffalo Wild Wings sauces more. My son really seemed to enjoy his chicken strips. I would eat here again it just wouldn't be my first choice. read more

Normally the only issue we have is that our food is like ten minutes late. Never have issues with taste. Well tonight was awful. I placed a Togo order online about 45 minutes in advance. I arrive to pick it up about 8 minutes late. My food wasn't ready. I waited thirty minutes for them to make my food. While I waited I watched the girl at the counter give four online orders to customers and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM was wrong. She even charged someone for the wrong order. All of a sudden there was a ton of smoke so someone must have order super extra crispy. This Wingstop is worthless. I'm not sure if the employees just don't care anymore but every time we order from here they get our order wrong! Every single time! Then you have to beg for a refund and they are only willing to give you credit. Then when you go to pick up they say you don't have a credit! I'm so over them! I've had Wingstop ever since I was in California so to have one in this area is great. This location is small, it has one big round table as you enter, so if you have a party of more than 4, hope that table is open or adjust the small tables to make one long table. If you had Wingstop before, it's legit here and pretty much consistent. My only gripe at this location is that it takes too long to get your food sometimes, and when they take your order, they tell you how long it takes, like 13 minutes but you've been waiting for 25 minutes, not cool. I get it that it's usually packed and their also dealing with to go orders, but keep us updated on our orders. I love how there are TVs everywhere, so this is pretty cool to catch a game here. read more

Had a horrible experience ordering through DoorDash to get my wings delivered to my house at my personal convenience. Over an hour later the wings have still not arrived , As I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes on hold to DoorDash to resolve absolutely nothing then I call Wingstop to see what and if there is a hold up... Turns out there is no hold up the person from DoorDash which I believe his name was Gerald never came to get the food, I decided to go pick up my food after I told them about the situation and as I get there apparently "Doordash Gerald " came and picked up my food even though it had been at this time over a hour n half ... they tell me someone in a red shirt came and picked it up but yet it was never delivered to my door , the manager Stephen and a young lady named Melissa took care of the whole situation, made fresh fast food , and honestly delivered it to me outside in my car cause I didn't want to leave my pup unattended. I don't know what's happened, but the service and food has gone way down. We used to love coming here at least once a month. The last few times have been horrible, and since then, we've avoided it like the plague. The last time we did a to-go order they said it would be ready in 18 mins. My husband drove from Kingwood to this location in Humble/Atascosita, and the food was still not ready. He left 15 mins after he made the order and it takes 15 mins to get there. Then he had to turn back around because the order was completely wrong. He informed me that many other customers were complaining about their orders as well. One guy waited an hour and his food still wasn't ready, and he was dining in. It took him almost two hours coming and going to get food that was supposed to be fast and ready. My husband complained, but there was no apologies or we will do what we can to fix the problem. Unfortunately my husband is a wingaholic and this used to be his only fix. This place is always busy, so that's a plus for them. The people are not friendly ever. My boyfriend likes wingstop and he doesn't want to go anymore, because it's not pleasant. Some of the workers are nice, but most of them seem bothered by you. Josh likes the food, but he says other locations taste better. I love Wingstop. The wings are always delicious but the wait can sometimes be tedious. They do play sports games which is a big plus for me, especially when waiting. Wingstop Atascocita is the WORST experience I have ever had at any Wingstop in any location I have patronized. I will never and I emphasize never visit this location ever again. I will be contacting corporate and the owner as soon as I locate the information. I spent almost $100 today on a large order I placed for my two small children, my mother who has Congestive Heart Failure and cannot leave the house and my brother who is Autistic. As I was dividing the wings among us all I noticed that the numbers were off. I counted the wings and there were only 40 pieces when I had paid for 50 pieces. I had already given my brother his portion and my 5 year old daughter was eating. I contacted the store as I was eating and was greeted by a helpful employee. He transferred me to the manager on duty, Taylor. I had to research her name because during our conversation she refused to give me her name. I told Taylor that I was missing 10 wings and would like to be compensated for this oversight. She told me that I would have to return the full order to the store, mind you COVID-19 is still active and we are eating at this time, and she said she would have to verify the missing wings in person by counting them before she would issue me a store credit. New flash: THIS IS UNSANITARY AND UNSAFE. I have a BSN but it doesn't take a nurse to know that this is not proper protocol in the middle of a pandemic. Taylor, the manager on duty, insisted that while we were having dinner I should leave my home again, drive to Wingstop and return the order. I should be inconvenienced for a mistake that I had not made. I felt disrespected and belittled. I was appalled. I said to TAYLOR you're asking me to stop my family from eating to bring eaten chicken/bones back?! She was unapologetic and unprofessional. She was not customer centered. She does not deserve to be employed. I have never in my life been treated this way at a food establishment nor have I encountered a manager who cared not one bit to remedy a mistake that had been made by the crew she was assigned to oversee. Taylor implied that I was telling a lie and trying to scam Wingstop out of "10" wings. Sadly enough, I am the one who has been scammed and robbed of my money because I am missing funds for the 10 wings I purchased but never received. It was in my interest not to return to this location in person. I am an individual who writes great reviews and not just negative ones but I felt as if the public should hear about this incident.
