I really love their Hot wings. We always order to go even though you have the option to dine in. The flavor of the wings is awesome.

I've tried this place three times always hoping for the best, but it seems they have lost their way. I have to order the wings plain with seasoning on the side because the cook always over seasons them...I mean they are so salty that they are inedible. Never answers phone. we called for 45 minutes straight once. Always messes up our order too. The food quality is hit or miss

2nd time I have ordered and my order was not correct. The first time I brushed it off because this location had just opened. Again I order 75 wings, $67.10. The wings were extra crispy, didn't get the right amount of one of the flavors, none of the six dips and sugar on the fries after I said no sugar. I attempted to call about 5 times to let them know but the phone was busy. When I finally got thru the girl, Gabrielle, continuously stated that she bagged the order and knows she put the right wings and all 6 dips. Then she added that all wings are cooked for 9 minutes. Maybe this is true when the staff is not teenage kids playing and watching playoff basketball. I will never go there again. Horrible service read more

Moved to Humble in April and immediately found the closest Wingstop as it is our favorite restaurant. Until a few days ago we had visited this location at least once a week, always dine-in, probably eaten there 25 times or so since April. We are at this location so much that our kids even knew to grab the large circle table when we went there. Sad to say after this last visit, we will not go there again unless they do something to earn our business back. Each time we have gone there we have ordered the exact same thing, wings and fries with the cheese sauce and an extra container of cheese sauce on the side. This last time the guy brings our order and to our surprise, the fries have cheese already on them. Additionally, there is no side of cheese to be found. I think no big deal, they must have forgot, so I go up to the counter to ask for the cheese sauce I ordered. The guy tells me that the cheese is already on the fries. At this point I'm a little confused so I tell him yeah, but I ordered a thing of cheese sauce with them and I've never seen cheese already on he fries. He tells me that's the way they always do it but if I want I can purchase another container of cheese. At this point in the back I can see the guy who has told me on previous visits that he is the franchise manager, I expect him to see this frustrating conversation and come to the front and clear up this whole issue, he doesn't. At this point I am in disbelief and explain to the guy how much I've been there and that this has never happened before, the whole time I am appalled he would rather fight with a customer who has literally spent thousands of dollars (and just spent another $60) at this location, than hand me a cheese sauce. At this point on principle alone I wasn't going to purchase a cheese sauce I thought I already owned so I walked back to my table and told him I'd check the receipt (not sure what that was going to do, just figured it was a less awkward way to end the argument). The rest of my 45 minute stay while we ate I kept expecting someone to either A. Bring me the cheese sauce, or B. At least come out and give me some clarity on why things changed from my previous 25+ visits. Nothing, I got absolutely 0 interaction from the employee or the manager from then on out. Myself and and my wife are former store managers of McDonald's, I myself am a former Army SGT and two time Iraq vet, so we understand a lot about management and franchise operations. We are both shocked this location would risk losing high volume customers over a $3 container of cheese sauce. We'd both love to eat there again on the regular, but on principle we will visit the one near 59 and 1960 until this location earns our business back. I'm not sure how you go from being recognized customers, to less important than a $3 cheese sauce (that we ordered and paid for). If you think it's ridiculous I wrote all this about some cheese sauce, well trust me, so do I. Oh well, your move Wingstop. read more

I called them to place my order a Louisiana rub 20 piece wings and went home until I found out they changed it to a Cajun seasoning...something I did not order and called and went back and they said they will not fix the order unless I ordered ANOTHER order of 20 piece wings so that is one Wingstop I'm no longer going to read more

I really like their wings and cheese fries. I am picking about the textures and flavors of wings but their teriyaki flavor is excellent. Even with the Brewings and Big city Wings in the area now, Wingstop is still my choice. read more

This is the poorest run restaurant i have ever been to. minimum half an hour wait no matter when you go. I waited in line for 15min on my lunch break, just to wait 20 min for food. This time i order online and show up 15 min after it should be ready just to find out they never started my order. He turns on the fax machine and poof out comes my order that they never got. Adding insult to injury, they cant refund my money because it was online and corporate has to do it. Well guess what, corporate is closed on weekends so i cant even get the refund or express my displeasure. Stay away!!! Terrible customer service. Ordered online. Went to pick it up 20 minutes later as it said it would be ready. Wasn't an option to pay online. Get a call right before I get there that they won't start order until I pay. What??? So I get there and ask why that wasn't an option online. No good response. Poor customer service and rude response from girl working behind counter. Do you want to proceed with order? She says. Um yes, that's why I ordered and came here. Employees were very unprofessional behind counter giving back rubs and talking about outside things very loudly. Eek. read more

The wings and Fries are great!!! Highly recommend this place for take out or dine in! The staff is fast and friendly!

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted. I informed the employee helping me that I had never been there and he was very helpful. He went over the menu with me and gave me personal recommendations, which helped. After placing my order, he asked my name, and for the entire rest of my visit, he continued to call me by it. This made me feel like much more than a customer; like he was happy that I chose to eat there. I ordered a 6 count combo with garlic parmesan and (at the employees recommendation) Lemon pepper with veggie sticks. When my order came up, I was also given a free roll since it was my first experience. Nice touch. The garlic parmesan wings were good, but the lemon pepper wings were f*cking awesome! I could tell that the wings were prepared with a much higher standard than that of other places I have been. I was very impressed. Unfortunately I had to leave earlier than I wanted to, so I grabbed a box. As I started to leave, the helpful employee stared cleaning off the tables. This was immediately after the other customers had left, so there was no wasted time. I told him that he was right about the lemon pepper. It was at this time I found out that he was actually the GM, Patrick. I was surprised by this because I am currently working as a GM of a restaurant, and most managers that I have seen in my experience reach a point in their employment when they start delegating their responsibilities to others and they start slacking off. Patrick was the exact opposite. I don't know how long he has worked for the company, or how long he has been GM, but what I do know is that if I had a spot open in me restaurant, I would have recruited him. Patrick is everything that a manager should be, and I feel that he should train all Wingstop managers to be just like him. My only complaint is that I wish there was a better layout of the restaurant. The plates, napkins, etc... would be more convenient if they were located closer to the tables (I sat near the back) and there was only 1 communal roll of paper towels. I am not upset about this, however, because it is in a very small space. There were only about 6 tables in the whole restaurant. All in all, great experience.
