It was a busy morning, but not to the point where we should have spent 2 hrs in a WH. Came in this AM for a quick breakfast for my birthday and unfortunately after 2 hours the two us with simple orders left angry and disappointed. Food took well over 45 minutes to get to us and came out after other tables that sat well after us. We were trying to give the young man grace as we could tell it was early in his WH career. Visited twice already and the waffles never disappoint. The hashbrown is one of the best I've tasted so far and its been my favorite! The coffee also taste so good for some reason. The service was also on point. Our server was busy but he checked on us at least twice. I just feel like they need to be cleaner and little bit regarding the tables, chairs and the syrup that's always so sticky. Honestly went here just b/c we were in the area for a Geocache that is located close by. My daughter (learning to read), read the name of the place and instantly wanted waffles (shocker). I'll be up front... its been ages since I've last been in a Waffle House. This was always my staple from my youth in somewhere to eat after a late night out. Came here and it was packed. We found a booth in the corner and sat down. A very nice lady came to clean the table and was exceptionally friendly to us. We kept it simple by ordering a hash with eggs and sausages and of course, a waffle. So for real, my daughter crushed the waffle. She was very happy and for me the hash was pretty good. I would definitely come back and try it again. On one hand I feel some of the stuff was pricey, but the reality is just that everything is now pricey. Can't get around it. I was pleasantly surprised and I know we'll be back. The absolute worst place a person can choose to go. You'd be better off staving than going to this place. First they charge you a twenty percent fee to do a take out order that their lazy ass won't take over the phone, then ask you do you wanna tip them when paying. After charging you to come to their store out of your way. Second they tried charging me $45 to order six pieces of ham and a waffle. When I ordered six complete meals at $90. Like what hell do these people think they are doing? The employees are rude as hell. Ridiculous attitudes and no respect at all for their customer. The establishment is filthy. People who were sitting at tables were getting serviced... wasn't making sense how they were running the place. Finally gave our order & it took another 30 minutes. Food was good. This has been my families favorite Waffle House for 4 years now. They have some pretty regular staff that have been there for years! Unfortunately we got a bad server on our most recent visit. She asked if I really wanted to use a high chair during COVID times? I was like, well yeah do you want me to hold my 1 year old? Anyway, that was the only hiccup. Our food was delicious and cooked perfectly as usual. Not having real menus and having to look at the menu on my phone was a hassle. I came in to eat breakfast do a lil work on my computer. First, I asked if I could sit at the last table available, and they asked if anyone was sitting there and I said "I'm not sure" so I sat at the barstools and took out my computer. Then realized that I need a table as I can't have anyone being able to see my screen, so I got up (after waiting a few minutes to see if someone was sitting there) and went over to the table. The manager looked over and said "She hasn't cleaned that table yet", so I picked up my laptop and held in my hands until she had a minute to clean, no big deal. Then I look over my laptop and the gal that was serving in that section was talking to her co-worker shaking her head and her co-worker looks over at me. At that time the server came over and said I need to clean the table, so I was really confused (thinking what am I missing). So I got back up and went back to the bar stools. Long story short, the server came over and gave me an attitude when I asked if I could sit there saying "We both told you the table was dirty!" So I'll give you all a hint....That table is dirty translates to Get up and find someone where else to sit! Never in my life has "That table is dirty" meant get up and move! Normally they just come and clean off the table...problem solved! In the end I left and went to a different Waffle House close to me where they have much better professionalism than what I went thru over a stupid table! Upon walking in, I was acknowledged with a glance from the staff instead of the usual verbal greeting upon walking into an establishment. Not what I'm used to, but maybe southern hospitality in Waffle House establishments is more prominent where I'm from (Deep South)? Who knows, but I was hungry and willing to take a chance. I took a seat at the booth and was finally greeted by a nice waitress. She took my order for the All Star Special and proceeded to give my orders to the cook(s). My food had to be taken back twice. One waitress brought me my chocolate chip waffle without the chocolate chips. She noticed before giving me my plate, went back to adorn my plain waffle with chocolate chips and carried on about her business. My original waitress brought back hash browns instead of grits, corrected the order and apologized for the mistake. The mistakes were no huge deal, but I definitely appreciated my waitress for apologizing. Delivery of my food was prompt and tasted good as expected. However, after pouring syrup on my waffle a waiter came and asked if I was finished with the syrup, I said yes and he took it stating it needed to be refilled and if I wanted it back just let him know. It was more than half full. Could he have waited until I received my eggs and drenched them in syrup to fill it? Or wait until I left? The world may never know. After eating, I went to pay for my food. Stood there for a couple of minutes waiting to be acknowledged. There were three people behind the counter fixing the food, and the other three sitting at different tables. Finally, the guy who was assisting behind the counter took my payment. No inquiries of how the service was, no greeting, and definitely no "Have a nice day!". I took my receipt, shook my head and left. Three reasons this place received three stars. 1.) Clean establishment 2.) My waitress was very friendly and attentive. 3) Everything tasted good, with the customer service from my waitress being heavily weighted. Would I come back? Simply put, hell no. I don't frequent places that make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. I could *MAYBE* understand if there was a crowd or if they actually slaughtered the pigs out back, but none of which was the case so I won't be coming back here for my occasional fix for Waffle House cravings. read more

They are always so friendly and have the food out very quickly! I really enjoy coming here. And if I have to call ahead and request to pickup my food, by the time I walk in they are putting my food into the bag and I'm in and out in seconds! Now this is one of the better WH around I go once a week around 9-10 am get the same thing pork chop breakfast chops are always juice and tender. I get my eggs over well they get them right cooked all the way but not burnt. The hash browns are crispy and not greasy. I know its a waffle house and I shouldn't expect much but I feel like keeping my coffee cup full isn't too much to ask. My husband got the sausage hashbrown bowl and he really liked it. I got a classic waffle with scrambled eggs and a side of bacon. We both got coffee. The waffle tasted ok but it had some uncooked parts on the outside. Like, wet batter uncooked. The eggs and bacon came out several minutes before the waffle. The bacon was cooked perfectly. There was only 2 people working, one guy was working his ass off cooking and the other lady was just having a hard time. She couldn't keep track of orders, she never came to check on us after we got our food, and we didn't even get one coffee refill. Couldn't even get her attention! One couple straight up left after being ignored for so long. It wasn't terribly busy when we got there, and it filled up by the time we left. So the 2 stars is for the food...the bacon was cooked just right and the waffles have little holes instead of Belgian style. The service was 1 star worthy. Even for a waffle house. read more

Usually a hit or miss, but today was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. When we came in, the guy gave us PLASTIC TO-GO silverware. I didn't mind it but it definitely was weird. Then he asked us if he were ready and I could barely hear him. He had this headphones in while he was talking to us. Didn't even ask us for our drinks. Didn't ask what bread we wanted. We didn't get checked up on until the kind cook came up to us and asked if we were okay. He had an attitude towards her and us when she told him what we wanted to drink. Then he proceeded to give us our drinks in to-go cups. Like ... jeez? I understand it's slow, but like at least attempt to do your job. He literally had a tude the whole time. She asked if he was okay and he brushed her off. Not cool. The least he could have done was give us normal dishes like he did with everybody else haha. We've been here a few times since this fall. We have two young kids so a low key joint like this is a good fit. Our kids don't appreciate foi gras yet, what can I say? I don't mean anything against Waffle House when I say that, though. Sometimes some simple cooking is where it's at. And this is a very well run Waffle House. The food is always really tasty. Nothing is sopped in oil or under or over cooked, which you might expect for a quick turn around diner place. They even do bacon right. The waitstaff works really hard and does a great job keeping this place going even when it gets busy- excellent service. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. It's Waffle House. You don't go for fine cuisine or fancy accommodations. My 9 year old loves going to WH and we've been to this location at least five times since it's opened. The staff has always been friendly and service is fast. I've never received the wrong order nor have I had to send anything back. The only negative thing I can say is that on two different occasions, our table hadn't been wiped down well. They also need to clean off the menus more frequently. We'll be back. read more

Went Waffle House for the first time in July 2019 with a family member that was visiting and spoke so highly about Waffle House food. I must admit, the food was delicious and the service was great. Went back again, this time bringing my daughter so that she can try it out. Again, the food and service was great, HOWEVER, my daughter notice a red lipstick print on the rim of her glass after drinking almost all of her drink, thankfully with a straw. The waitress apologized and took the drink off of my bill after asking if that's what I want. I waited a month and decided to give them another try. Naturally, the first thing I checked was my glass and AGAIN another lipstick print on the rim of my glass. I told the waitress and she apologized and immediately gave me another drink. The food here is very good and I have no complaints about their service. I DO suggest they take their time to make sure dishes are thoroughly cleaned before serving food and drinks. Getting a glass with a clear lipstick print on it is disgusting...who drinks straight out of a glass anyway??? YUCK read more
