I ordered the waffle which is only available on the weekends and the one I received was burnt. I'd never been but I love small local diners. I was not disappointed. This place was amazing. I don't eat pancakes but I made sure I tasted there's. They were so good. All the food was very tasty and the staff was so friendly. I love the way they greeted the regulars. I got the veggie omelet and wheat toast. My boyfriend got the complete breakfast (I think that's what it's called) so I took his sausage and potatoes.... and a few bites of those delicious pancakes... Such a cute little breakfast diner! How have I not been here yet? It's in a Deep Creek neighborhood in a quiet shopping center area. Servers were so so nice and hospitable! You instantly get this locals vibe here. There were locals, cops, workers, and lots of families relaxing and having their hearty breakfast! The eggs were done perfectly and the home fries were the best! Breakfast was served quick and Coffee was always kept full! I believe this is a family owned and operated place. C and B Diner was the first to pop up, I love diners so there was no need for me to browse and further. Lots of seating inside and I chose a small booth to sit in. Normally when I go to diner's I order breakfast food because there's something about having breakfast food at any time other than the morning that makes me feel like a rebel lol. The menu had a nice selection but I was disappointed to find out that breakfast stops being served after 11am on weekdays. After reviewing the menu I decided to get the Bacon Cheese Burger. It comes with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and fries. I was shocked to find out it only costs 5.95! I was more impressed with that price when my food came to my table and I realized how huge the burger was. It was so delicious and seasoned perfectly and so were the fries. Today while waiting for our food, an off duty employee came in, stood outside of the door to the kitchen talking to employees in the kitchen. He even went into the kitchen eventually. I went for breakfast and had the worst Steak I've ever had. I asked for it medium rare. It came out well done all over covered in fat. I'm honestly not a picky eater so i decided i wouldn't return it even though in my house no steaks ever get cooked well done.. I took one bite and left it. It tasted disgusting, old metallic taste. I ate my eggs and toast. Kind of hard to mess those up. My wife left almost all her plate her biscuits and gravy were cold, our coffee wasn't getting refilled. I noticed the waiters would pay a lot more attention to the obvious regulars. That's fine but we are paying customers too and deserve equal treatment. I had my two year old with me.
