The manager took ownership of the issue and let me know I could pick up the pancakes. When I get there, he was waiting at the front door for me, had my food hot and ready, and added something a little extra for the mistake. My wife loves this place and I understand why. I trained bank associates on customer service and soft skills and if I could've recorded this interaction, it would've been the best training one could offer. We often overlooked how important excellent service is and how it influences customers. This situation turned me into a supporter of this business going forward.
