Owner and cashier is rude. I Asked for brown rice and she didn't enter it correctly. When I asked her to correct my order she said there was a price difference and would not run my card for $.80 difference... She protested, until I asked for a refund and then made a snide comment about "next time I come in"...sorry there won't be a next time. Pretty solid food... I think the price is what keeps me from going back. A little high for what it is but none the less it can be tasty. A little skimpy with the portions. Terrible customer service, I have been there many times.... it is always the same. They ignore you, the portions like someone else mentioned are very stingy (specially the salmon) and they make it like you really have to leave a tip. I would feel ok, if the tips went to the workers, but it looks like the owners keep as part of their profit margin! read more

I tried ordering online for curbside pickup. When your order is accepted, the website says to "pull into a designated curbside pickup parking spot and someone will bring out your order shortly" but there were no parking spots designated for curbside pickup. I was able to pull into a spot right in front of the door, though. No way to let them know I was there, but since you put in a description of your car, I thought someone might be on the lookout for me. But, alas, no one came to bring me my order. I finally went inside, and asked for my order. They asked to see the order confirmation on my phone, but I had accidentally closed it, and you cannot get it back. I told them my name and my exact order, but the kept asking to see my phone for the confirmation...I showed them the order on a screen, and told them my name multiple times, but that just seemed to make them angry and frustrated. Eventually they gave me my order, which it turns out had been sitting there on the counter the whole time, getting cold (the only pickup order that was there). I really enjoy eating here, I'm never disappointed it's always delicious. The one thing I would change is the price of a side of shrimp 3 pieces is $2.75 (im guilty of paying it) but besides that it's clean and fast. I will be here many more times for lunch. I found this place by accident while my husband and I were driving on the 101 freeway. We were hungry and wanted to eat lunch somewhere in Oxnard, and Google Maps suggested this restaurant, since it was close to the freeway. I wasn't too sure about this place initially, but my husband and I decided to eat anyway. Boy, was that a good decision! The food was very delicious, and we received excellent service.
