There is an older male, who seems to be the owner of this location, who is not only rude over the phone when placing an order but also at the restaurant. I bought the beef and vegetable bowl and the beef was really gross it was full of fat bubble looking things that were definitely not normal fat. We drove back hoping that they would replace it since it was not chewable but they said it was normal. I've been here before and to other waba grills and I've never seen anything like that. Didn't finish all the rice. I feel like they put a ton with the order, but that's nothing to complain about. It was nice to have a small side salad with the meal. If they didn't pull a fast move like this they would of easily got 4 Afros from me. When a customer ask for an orange wedge and you say no. Then the customer says they will gladly pay you for the orange wedge and you still say, "no it only comes with the plate not the bowl" you need to reevaluate what's more important to your business. Either one small orange wedge I was willing to pay for, or a satisfied customer who supported your business. Looks like they chose the orange wedge so I probably won't be coming back to this Waba Grill again. They definitely need to take notes on good customer service from the Tarzana location.
