I'm a big fan of Jack and this review is specifically for this location only, with that in mind I ordered 2 meals (this past Sat) and the young man was nice. When I proceeded to the window he asked if I could pull up in the back which was fine with me. 10 minutes later 3 cars passed by and left with their orders and I'm here still waiting. I got off the car and knocked on the back door kind of upset by now and ask about my order, the guy apologized and said my order was waiting on fresh meat that every other person only ordered small things like drinks and tacos etc... I told him that's fine but thought it was funny as soon as I asked about my order he grabbed it and it was ready.... Just make sure your patient like me sometimes thing happen lol read more

I rarely go to Jack in the Box, but when I'm craving BAD (breakfast at dinner) and want it fast and inexpensively, this is the place to go! I enjoy the supreme croissant sandwich and curly fries, or sometimes hash browns. The people at this location are friendly, and my orders have never been incorrect. I know what I'm expecting with Jack in the Box, and the all-day breakfast is always a plus in my book! read more

This morning I stop by Jack's on Vineyard. I purchased two order of taco's and two orders of egg roll a box of three. Of course I look in my bag before I left the drive up window and I saw everything there. I went home to serve my husband and he tells me look at the food. The eggs rolls were burn and the taco had hardly any filling to it as you can see in the pictures. The had hardly any meat or lettuce. My advice to everyone check your food thoroughly. It's sad that we have to do that companies are taking advantage of people because of inflation if I wasn't in a hurry today, I would've taken it back, but I had to be at work by one and it was already 12:00. read more

I got to the drive thru line and waited at least 15 min for someone to acknowledge me, then another 30 min to find out they gave my order to a DoorDasher ahead of me even though my order was through the app not door dash, so I had to wait another 10 to 15 min for my food. Plastic bag wrapping found in my taco. How could you not know what your putting in the food when your preparing it. I bit into my taco and a strip wasn't bitting and so I thought it was a piece of lettuce as I pulled it out a whole piece of plastic wrap came with it. See photo. This whole order was bad. So, this location is a couple miles from my house. I ordered in the drive thru. I got home and I was missing the 7 piece jalapeño poppers and my medium drink was wrong. So I drive back and the girl ( a manager I believe) says ok about the poppers and tells me to change my drink myself. I didn't take the wrong drink back with me, so I asked for a cup. She says "Did you drink it all? We don't refund drinks. ". What the hell? Did I drink it? I came to jack in the box at 4am on Monday morning for my lunch break and was blown away by the friendly, professional service that I was given. Agustin was great at what he does and it shows how he enjoys his job. It's hard to find someone like that who works these early morning shifts. The food was also served hot and fresh. This place has consistently found new and exciting ways to disappoint me. Either its getting a food item wrong (an ultimate cheeseburger inside of a buttery jack box), items missing completely, or service so slow that I've wondered if the personnel inside have all gone on break at the same time. Unfortunately, hunger lead me to stop here once again, for I hope the last time, because I wanted to try the new Cluck Sandwich. The line moved quick, all the items were accounted for and properly labeled, and they even got my soda order right. I brought it home and prepared to enjoy the creamy, peppery sauce that has all the reviewers raving. The sandwich looked surprisingly dry. I open it up to discover that instead of the ample sauce promised by the commercials, I have been given -I kid you not- a dollop the size of a quarter in the center of the sandwich and a single pickle. This sauce is what *makes* the sandwich, and this is what I've been given? Please, I beg of you, management of this establishment, train your people on how to properly make the menu items. Recently I drove through here on my way home as a last resort type of situation around 1am. Pulled up to the speaker, ordered my food, got to the window and paid....and then waited. Now, of course there's a "we don't make it 'til you order it" thing here... It's not my first Jack Rodeo.... But as I sat there and counted the minutes.... A whole 19 minutes went by without anyone coming back to the window to address the situation. When finally the person came back, they offered no explaination just simply handed me my food. I mean, at least let people know wtf, so that if they don't actually have 25 minutes to wait in line for their food they can go somewhere else? Additionally: I've come a loooooong way from my younger drunken-midnight Jack runs. And I understand that "times-are-a-changin'" but jeeeze...It's one thing to raise prices, I understand the need given the pretty fucked state of the economy. Be very cautious when ordering in drive they and pay attention to screen and total. A couple of times now I have gone there the order taker would tell me total is on the screen it's one price I get to window to pay and it's a different amount. Sometimes just cents others buy as much as $5. They'll repeat the order everything is correct but somehow is always a different total. I'm about to start taking pictures of the screen then when it's a different amount at the window I'm going to show them the picture and say no this is what ur screen said that's what I'm paying. Went through the drive-through and asked for a cup of whip cream for my dog, and whoever the guy was working on Friday the 22nd at around 330 in the morning or wouldn't give me just a cup of whipped cream because " it wasn't in the system for him to be able to sell" even though just the week prior, I've gone to the same Jack-in-the-Box and the guy gave me a couple of whip cream I had obviously boughten other food while I was there, and was blown away by this because basically every establishment that has whip cream will give you whip cream in a cup. Augustine is amazing! There was a butthole of a driver in front of us in the drive thru at 2 in the morning. He handled it like a champ without raising his voice. He was calm, collected, and everything I could never be to a person who was treating him the way they were. He even offered to fix their food when I wouldn't have. Generally the food is pretty good, with the exception of their onion rings, this is specifically true for this location I've ordered them 3 times knowing what to expect from other Jack in the Box locations. The last three times they were once burnt to the point you couldn't even bite into them, and twice rubbery and cool inside like they'd been out for a few hours. Worst customer service from Carolina. Went today through the drive-thru and ordered a supreme croissant sandwich. The guy in the drive-thru window was nice and he had repeated the order but all I heard was Sandwich and he said $4.79. So, in my mind I was like "ok yeah that sounds about right." So I paid and kept driving... I pull up to the side and noticed 2 sandwiches were on the receipt and then noticed the sandwiches in the bag. I went back, went inside, and spoke with Carolina. I told her that wasn't my order. I went in calmly and she immediately said, "he repeated the order to you, and you said ok" and I said "ok, it's kinda hard to understand when you're wearing a mask and the background noise and all I heard was 'sandwich'" and she kept saying "It wasn't our fault" and I said "ok well can I just get what I ordered?" She had the biggest attitude over a sandwich and of course I wasn't going to just stand there, and I said, "ok it was an accident, and he made an accident too" and she wasn't happy. Then proceeded with "it's going to be $1.06 more because the croissant is more." I wasn't going to pay more when I was going to be late to work because of a sandwich, plus I had left my purse in the car. She was being so defensive when I wasn't even trying to blame anyone or make it a bigger deal than what it was but her face and the way she was starring at me was speaking volumes. So, I told her to just give me a refund and she asked for my card because "it was more". I told her that makes no sense, why would you give a refund that's greater than what was charged to my card. If I could give a zero I would! I don't know what needs to happen at this location for them to get it together, but there needs to be a person who speaks clear English and Spanish there. I ordered a plain croissant with sausage. No egg, no cheese. I go to this location often and order the same thing every time. Get to work I have an egg sandwich. I WALK back over for them to get my order correct for me to then leave and get to my desk and have a egg and cheese on a croissant! How hard is it for them to make SAUSAGE ON A CROISSANT!!!
