For a fast food service to suck at drive thru service is kinda ironic. The car In front of me order quite of items from the menu while I order 1 meal. Had me waiting while they made the customers order and hold up the line for about 10 min from placed order and that vehicle was the only one in line. They should of moved over the driver and gave everyone's order. And to get home and get cold frys and a Luke warm burger was even more upsetting. read more

Said they would be open 24 hours yet when we went through they were close. Why have a 24/7 on their website when they close early. Please have a talk to your staff about what 24/7means so they don't waste our time. Thank you very much. Please let me know if you need anything else on my end. read more

Honestly, during the late night shifts, Beatriz (or Beatrice) makes the BEST iced coffees! I always get a large original iced coffee and sometimes I'll even get two just because she does them so well. She's always so kind and service with a smile-- perfect. I've had iced coffees other times when she wasn't there and it was alright to be honest, but no one compares to her when it's made. Thank you Beatriz/Beatrice for kicking ass at your job. read more

This JITB was small and clean but understaffed of breakfast time. The counter was empty and two people were waiting to order. The dining area and bathrooms were clean but not updated and had old decor. Honestly, I went here to use the bathroom, and I did not order, but your choices of food are better on the other side of the freeway. Sorry Jack :( read more

I went to Order at jack in the box around 9pm, in the drive through. Asked for a jumbo hamburger with 2 Pattie's plain, popcorn nuggets and fry's. When we got up to the window the guy gave us the food and with previous orders being wrong my boyfriend checked the burgers while I asked for more napkins and sauce. While I was waiting for the food I seen the guy playing around with another working punching him playfully, but with work gloves on...and that is a health hazard for the food going out. My boyfriend then opened up both the burgers to it having mustard, ketchup, pickles, and two small Pattie's. I then politely let the guy know that it was just suppose to be a plain jumbo burger with a extra patty. He then grabbed the two burgers from my hand and slammed the window. He looked frustrated so he got the lady that took my order. Without asking what was wrong, she told me in a very rude tone "this is what you ordered so you will just have to wait in the back" and before I even said okay thank you, she slammed the door. Waited in the back for about 5mins. Then another teen looking guy brought out the burgers and I then told him the guy never gave me my sauces for my popcorn chicken and if I can get some. He went back inside and got me some but while he did, they got the order wrong again! So I politely (again) told him. He grabbed the burgers and said okay, but he grabbed the back door and slammed it because he was upset. Then a tall older man (Hispanic) came out to see what was going on and we told him. He asked in detail what we wanted and he brought us our order perfectly. I don't understand how teens working at Jack in the box are so rude to their customers and need to be talked to. I will not be coming back to this location at all, and will also let my friends and family to be aware of this place. I only gave it a extra star because of the nice man that helped us. read more

We went to Jack in the Box because the weather has been hot and we wanted to go eat somewhere cool and we kept seeing commercials for the buttery jack. Wow were we disappointed! I think they forgot the butter part because the burger was completely dry and bordering on inedible. The only reason i gave it a star is because of the air conditioning. The music was so loud you couldn't even carry on a conversation. The chocolate milkshake was the only saving grace. What happened I used to love Jack in the box? read more

Went thru the drive thru and the lady says that the tacos are frozen together and break when she tries to separate them. So ok fine. So I asked for a milk shake and she states that the machine is extremely filthy and needs to be cleaned so no milk shake. I'll never go back. read more

Worst customer service. I went through the drive thru, Lili the cashier ran my card. She then asked that I enter my pin. After she gave me a clipboard to sign a receipt. She gave me my food and then asked did I give you your soda but she hadn't. I left and immediately went back because she neither gave me receipt nor my card back. She completely lied and said she gave it to me but she didn't. She didn't attempt to look for it not until other's heard me complaining. It's 10:45pm and I'm standing at the window asking her to look. While my husband look all in our truck but it wasn't there. She was completely unfriendly and seemed surprised I went back. I honestly feel like she purposely kept it to use it. Most people would try to help. I should of asked her coworkers to search her. Never going back - Vineyard Ave in Oxnard. I immediately cancelled my card. read more

Long story short: drive to another Jack in the Box! :) Long story: We've gone to this particular Jack in the Box like 3 times & I don't think there will be a 4th time. We've never been inside, we always use the drive thru here. Ok, so the first time was an ok experience. 2nd time, we went at 9:30pm to order a munchie meal & the employee said they had "ran out" of them for the night. What?? So we left without buying anything. I guess the 2 cars in front of us wanted the same thing cuz they drove off without stopping at the pick up window. The 3rd one was the worst. I believe that a store's customer service is a big thing when it comes to getting repeat customers. Well, about a week ago, we went again at about 8pm & the girl that was taking our order through the drive thru was extremely rude. Didn't greet us, thank us, or sounded friendly at all. She kept talking over us as we were ordering & kept asking "is that it?" After ordering, we drove up to the pick up window & the lady who handed us our food was really nice. She asked us if we wanted ketchup & we said yes, so she turned around to ask the rude girl gave her attitude too. Idk what was going on with her that day or if that's her usual attitude, but if you don't treat your customers nice, especially the ones who aren't giving u any problems, you should find another job that doesn't involve working with people. read more
