Instead, resolving this matter took four days of follow-up. The manager was consistently difficult to reach and failed to return calls as promised. When I escalated the issue to corporate, I found no option to speak with a live representative. My email inquiry received only an automated response, with no further follow-up. This level of customer service is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with an unauthorized charge. I hope management takes steps to improve both their fraud handling procedures and their responsiveness to customer concerns.
