Before the pandemic, we would come here once a week. It was their go-to food. I wasn't super in love with this place, but I'll admit I miss them now that we are no longer going into the office everyday. Covid Safety - Outdoor seating available. Sauce all prepacked in containers. Staff wears gloves and face masks. Customers wear face masks indoor, while not eating. This place is like a fast food Japanese restaurant, so they have sushi salads, sushi rolls and rice bowls. I didn't really trust the sushi items... so I stuck to the rice bowls whenever the broworkers wanted to come here. My keto coworker and I would always opt for the "substitute low carb veggies for rice" to be healthier. This is an additional cost... I think about $1.50. I go for the Super Bowl ($9.95) which came with half chicken teriyaki and have beef teriyaki with some edamame and a shrimp tempura. The "substitute low carb veggies for rice" is steamed broccoli and cabbage. Their house sauce is pretty good. My broworkers loved this place but the one thing that bothered them is how inconsistent the protein amount would be. They could be getting the same items on the same day and the protein amount would be different. To their credit they are always efficient and quick. If I have a meeting right after lunch, I can count on the food being ready for me to have time to eat it and get back to the office in time. Thank goodness they gave a slab of wasabi with it because without that, I probably wouldn't have finished the bowl. Major disappointment here. (2/5) **Sushi: I've had various rolls and sushi from this spot and they're pretty average. For the price, you get what you pay for. So...I've seen posts on here being made about how there are still good people in this world. So, I just wanted to say that there REALLY are good people out there. My husband and I went to Fuji Grill here in Orange around 7:15 ordered dinners to go. While we were waiting for our food we went and sat at a table with my daughter in the back corner. Once our dinner was ready we picked it up and left. HOWEVER, I forgot and left my purse on the chair I didn't realize what I had done until we pulled into our garage! I immediately called the restaurant and thank goodness it was exactly were I had left it (mind you this was about 10-15 minutes before I realized what I had done) Thank you so much to Mo who works at the restaurant and held onto it until I came back!
