Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors - House Special Chicken with cream cheese wonton - Chinese Near Me - Anaheim, California

Our kung pao chicken & drunken noodles were delicious. The fact that you need a QR code to access your rewards account with no link to phone number or E-mail is inefficient. read more

I don't eat here often and normally when I do - I enjoy the Kung Pao Shrimp with Asian Noodles. Sadly today the food was over salted. I tried to eat it because I didn't want to complain, but the salt was just overwhelming. I told the young lady at the register and she apologized and immediately requested for a new portion to be made. The staff here are young people, I assume most of them are students. I was happy to see how promptly and respectfully the young lady reacted when I told her about the salt issue. The restaurant is small, but it is kept clean and organized. read more

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. I like the gluten-free options and I usually ask for no rice and for vegetables to be. "Wokked" in with my entrée. there is indoor seating, but I like to sit outside if I am not taking home my meal read more

Coconut shrimp curry was delicious and also the chow main noodles , the service was excellent, the counter employees were able to handle several orders ! Worst chicken ever... rest wasn't bad but the chicken ! Ugh !!!... probably not going to back here again

So I have been a real fan of pick up Stix and I went to a different location in Murrieta ca for the 1st time and had the house special and I sent it back to the kitchen because it was burnt. They brought me back another house special and the chicken was really tough and tasted like the chicken was spoiled. I did end up with a stomach ache. I almost feel like they gave me some older chicken because I sent it back . I was really disappointed and I don't think I'll ever go back. First bad experience with pick up stix and it was enough for me not to take anymore chances of getting sick ! read more

we just ordered takeout and the food was terrible. The sauce was watery, chicken and beef were dried out. the food smelled bad on the way home i should have known. i would not recommend this location read more

Good customer service very patient & nice. Food was great, delicious & warm will be returning in the future

The server was awesome on July 4th. Really pleasant and friendly! Unfortunately, the salmon teriyaki was overcooked and not even well seasoned. Least favorite salmon experience I've had in years. It's a small location. Not really for eating inside. But they do have tables outside. Not a place to go to for ambience but if you need something to eat in the area, it will suffice. read more

I get food from here every once in a while and the food is good. It's not as authentic as Panda Express, but it gets the job done. Although, there was this one punk customer who kept staring me while I came to eat here one time read more

Ordered takeout. Pad Thai: weird that it uses the wide flat rice noodles that's usually used for pad se ew, chicken appeared to be deep fried - I say appeared because it was honestly hard to see if it was simply wok'ed or battered & fried -- basically a mystery meat situation. House special chicken: completely inedible because it was incredibly overcooked & chewy & the rice was bone dry even when drenched in the sauce. Would not come back here. read more

I've been eating at Pick Up Stix for years and it is consistently good. This location has been in this center for years and it is managed well. Food orders are made to order and from my experience, the customer service has always been great. The restaurant itself is small with just a few tables, but their bread and butter seems to be take out orders. My take out orders are always well prepared, organized and labeled well. Definitely recommended! read more

Took my boys here tonight because they love fried rice ( and I wanted a break from cooking!) I was very impressed with the service, how polite the cashier was and offering my kids the chocolate dipped fortune cookies while we waited was a nice touch. Food took a bit to make but came out hot. My only negative was the prices seemed high for just 2 meals. read more

I had to update my review for this Pick Up Stix's location because of the amazing 5-star service I received from Evelyn a couple of weeks back. When we ordered our house chicken and cream cheese wontons, she was friendly and helpful. She had a kind smile and thoughtful demeanor. She even wished us a wonderful Christmas as we were leaving. I really appreciate that she went the extra for her customers! read more

Drive to the placentia location- you'll get friendly customer service and condiments without dirty looks and mango tea always made. This location NEVER has the mango tea made. It doesn't matter what time we walk in, it could be lunch time or dinner time they never have it. We ask them if they're going to make more and each time it's the same response we're done for the day making it. These kids are just lazy. Too bad because we live right around the corner. But we will just drive to the placentia location. Sad this customer service doesn't exist anywhere anymore I guess .... Welcome to gen x society where they want more pay less work. Sad world we live in, where they no longer take pride in their work. Thank you Gen X. read more

Sadly I was quite disappointed with my meal. I ordered through their website for pickup and after getting home saw they didn't include the fried rice I had paid extra for. I called and the woman kindly refunded the amount I paid for that item but it was disappointing to spend money eating out and not get what I wanted. The dumplings were fine and the chicken and vegetables were fine- definitely not as good as other locations- but I can't recommend eating here. read more

This place keeps getting worse and worse. I came and order an entree for dinner and I got a lunch portion entree. Normally you get bigger portions for dinner and the traditional Chinese Togo boxes. It's a first I've ordered something for dinner and got my entree mixed with rice. Either they're getting cheap or stoped carrying dinner entrees. Seems to me this place is going out of business and have can't afford to dinner portions which they did charge more but it looks like they got rid of it completely. Unless online ordering had nothing to do with this. Well looks like I have to order something else bc these lunch portions are small. read more

I think this place is great. The staff is so kind and welcoming and I didn't really know that we had a place like this in the Anaheim Hills area. Prices are decent and good value food. By far one of the worst food I've had in years they have changed a lot miss management over priced for the portion. You get too much sauce after I told him not to put any sauce on it. No utensils, no napkins no sauces on the side unless you ask panda express is far better quality in portions for the money. read more

Idk, I get times are tough but, this is supposed to be the "family value pack". Barely enough for 2 adults. Also missing the chocolate dipped fortune cookies as advertised. I guess if you're a family of two this works but it would be 10 bucks cheaper to order two separate entrees. read more

They were quick and efficient! I can always rely on Pick up stix for a fast and easy meal. Thank you Evelyn for being so helpful!

Great food and good service, been coming here for years. The house chicken is so delicious .

Came in to sate my orange chicken craving and ended up getting cream cheese wontons too. Their menu has expanded since the last time we ate here! Now they have salmon entrees including Thai coconut curry salmon and tamarind citrus salmon. Both look really good so we will definitely come back to try these. We ordered in store and had to wait for our receipt because the online ordering system cut off our order right as it was about to print. It was awkward but the cashier was really nice and made sure we got the right receipt. They have a new app now and you earn loyalty rewards. It's a QR code reader that you scan your phone with at time of payment just like at Nekter. Forgot how long it takes to get your food but that's because it's made fresh to order which is nice. Update: The orange chicken is too sweet now and the cream cheese wontons were so greasy that it was difficult to taste their flavor. The white rice was good. read more

My one item order was placed at 6:14. The girl said 25 mins an at 30 min I asked how long she said 5 mins. Then at 50min I asked how it was going and it turns out my order was lost. She brings a young guy out who made no attempt at letting me know what had happened I understand accidents can happen but no apology, no acknowledging the mistake would have been appreciated & definitely deserved. It took over an hour for me to receive my one item order an I was told to have a nice day after it was all said a done. Believe everything you read on these yelp reviews for this location. I doubt I'll ever return. If you need someone to go over proper customer service skills or even basic common sense, I'm available to do so. read more

Great service from Eveline. She was very kind and the food came out within 15 minutes of ordering. Food was great.

Had a large online order for pick up. It was ready when I arrived. When I checked it at home, we had no soy sauce no dipping sauce for our cream cheese wontons. The young man at the desk was snarly when I picked up my order and said I didn't need anything else. I wasn't very happy with the young man at the counter, nor by the fact that we didn't get the sauces put in the bag I guess you have to request them so don't forget. read more
