Coconut shrimp curry was delicious and also the chow main noodles , the service was excellent, the counter employees were able to handle several orders ! I don't eat here often and normally when I do - I enjoy the Kung Pao Shrimp with Asian Noodles. Sadly today the food was over salted. I tried to eat it because I didn't want to complain, but the salt was just overwhelming. I told the young lady at the register and she apologized and immediately requested for a new portion to be made. The staff here are young people, I assume most of them are students. I was happy to see how promptly and respectfully the young lady reacted when I told her about the salt issue. The restaurant is small, but it is kept clean and organized. read more

So I have been a real fan of pick up Stix and I went to a different location in Murrieta ca for the 1st time and had the house special and I sent it back to the kitchen because it was burnt. They brought me back another house special and the chicken was really tough and tasted like the chicken was spoiled. I did end up with a stomach ache. I almost feel like they gave me some older chicken because I sent it back . I was really disappointed and I don't think I'll ever go back. I've been eating at Pick Up Stix for years and it is consistently good. This location has been in this center for years and it is managed well. Food orders are made to order and from my experience, the customer service has always been great. The restaurant itself is small with just a few tables, but their bread and butter seems to be take out orders. My take out orders are always well prepared, organized and labeled well. Drive to the placentia location- you'll get friendly customer service and condiments without dirty looks and mango tea always made. This location NEVER has the mango tea made. It doesn't matter what time we walk in, it could be lunch time or dinner time they never have it. We ask them if they're going to make more and each time it's the same response we're done for the day making it. These kids are just lazy. Too bad because we live right around the corner. But we will just drive to the placentia location. Sad this customer service doesn't exist anywhere anymore I guess .... Welcome to gen x society where they want more pay less work. This place keeps getting worse and worse. I came and order an entree for dinner and I got a lunch portion entree. Normally you get bigger portions for dinner and the traditional Chinese Togo boxes. It's a first I've ordered something for dinner and got my entree mixed with rice. Either they're getting cheap or stoped carrying dinner entrees. Seems to me this place is going out of business and have can't afford to dinner portions which they did charge more but it looks like they got rid of it completely. I think this place is great. The staff is so kind and welcoming and I didn't really know that we had a place like this in the Anaheim Hills area. Prices are decent and good value food. Came in to sate my orange chicken craving and ended up getting cream cheese wontons too. Their menu has expanded since the last time we ate here! Now they have salmon entrees including Thai coconut curry salmon and tamarind citrus salmon. Both look really good so we will definitely come back to try these. We ordered in store and had to wait for our receipt because the online ordering system cut off our order right as it was about to print. It was awkward but the cashier was really nice and made sure we got the right receipt. They have a new app now and you earn loyalty rewards. It's a QR code reader that you scan your phone with at time of payment just like at Nekter. Forgot how long it takes to get your food but that's because it's made fresh to order which is nice. My one item order was placed at 6:14. The girl said 25 mins an at 30 min I asked how long she said 5 mins. Then at 50min I asked how it was going and it turns out my order was lost. She brings a young guy out who made no attempt at letting me know what had happened I understand accidents can happen but no apology, no acknowledging the mistake would have been appreciated & definitely deserved. It took over an hour for me to receive my one item order an I was told to have a nice day after it was all said a done. Believe everything you read on these yelp reviews for this location. I doubt I'll ever return. If you need someone to go over proper customer service skills or even basic common sense, I'm available to do so. read more

Sadly I was quite disappointed with my meal. I ordered through their website for pickup and after getting home saw they didn't include the fried rice I had paid extra for. I called and the woman kindly refunded the amount I paid for that item but it was disappointing to spend money eating out and not get what I wanted.
