I didn't have the same issues as everyone else did here. I've only been to this location twice, and both times were far apart in terms of length of time between visits. First time, food took a while to come out but the gentleman helping me was extremely kind and friendly, and the food was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Second time was today. The service was kind, I got greeted when I walked in and when I left. Food came out very quickly, I probably only waited for 5 minutes (but I placed a to go order when I got there). Docking a star because when I asked if it would be possible to get an extra bag (since I was giving the food to two different people), the lady threw out an "are you serious" vibe and had an unhappy look to her. Don't get me wrong, she gave it to me, so that was nice, I just wish I didn't get the attitude when she did. She was otherwise kind and probably didn't even realize she was giving attitude though (we have all been there, let's be real). I hold nothing against this location, I enjoy it. The food is not too bad but whoever manages this place is. I went one day and asked for extra waba sauce because I only received one packet and the girl said they had a limit... all I wanted was 2 more not a whole box. One sauce is barely enough for a little piece of chicken. Wrote a complaint to waba corporation in regards to the stingy manager and I never heard back from them but I went today again and now they have a sign saying 1 sauce per bowl and any extra sauces .25 cents each. Food wasn't that good. Seemed like it was just warmed up in a microwave. Also the cashier overcharged me and then couldn't figure out how to refund my money back to my card. This is my third time here. I keep thinking it will be better. Chicken veggie bowl was horrible. . Chicken was fatty and veggies were cold. The rice was sticky like white rice not brown rice. Really disappointed! Came here for dinner tonight and came home to a completely wrong order.. we ordered and paid for two chicken bowls with white meat and one with avocado. Both bowls are mostly dark meat and maybe only 4-5 pieces of white meat. Too late to go back as they close in 30 minutes and we're already settled in.. hoping they will at least offer a new meal but no one is answering their phone calls. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I ordered a salmon bowl with veggies and brown rice and avocado. The girl at the register named Vanessa had the biggest attitude ever to begin with. And the restaurant was completely empty when I entered. When I received my food, all I got was WHITE rice and salmon. So I sent it back because my order was not right. Then they brought it back, still with white rice, salmon and veggies. Still forgetting avocado, they brought it to me on the side. It's not that hard to get my order wrong over and over when the restaurant is empty. And the cashier Vanessa kept rolling her eyes and giving me terrible attitude every time she forgot something. read more

Customer service was fine but the portion size is what the issue is .. the bowl was only half filled but at other locations they fill it to the rim !!! also the chicken was fatty and a couple cold pieces , also the onions seemed old .. only way to get your money back for lack of food is probably by getting a water cup and getting a fountain drink read more

This is a good place for healthy food. I'll give them that much... except terrible service by the cashier Vanessa, very much with attitude on eye rolling at customers, not one smile.. (shouldn't be in customer service if she doesn't have the patience) as soon as they walk in.. then trying to play it off. She called out the wrong number 3 times. Purposely making my food cold until I got up to ask if it was my number. I was paying very close attention to what she was doing. I've been very patient with this type of service. Finally tried it after opening. No wait to order but while waiting, I noticed how slow all the employees moved. It almost looked like they were bored or something. Waited 10 minutes for 2 bowls.
