I suggest No one uses this moving company. First who shows up as if they are going to a party. Nice jacket, good jeans and sunglasses. In my experience, NO one has ever unassembled furniture without the proper tools. It took longer removing screws with a screwdriver. Never experience this madness. And you're charging by the hour. Get way of getting over!!!! On top of this I get to the destination before they do. I sitting waiting on them 15 minutes. Again, you're charging by the hour. Great way on getting over on people, when it's their money!!!! Then while moving my furniture in. They break the legs to my mirror. Laying it against the wall. Hoping I would not notice. Why. I am moving right. Making sure everything goes it the right place. I notice. Call the person who is running the business. Owner, supervisor or manager. And I am told "You did not want us to wrap anything. so, this is your fault". First of all. I move many times before. I wrap everything myself and never had an issue. Never!!!! At this point I am upset and of course my voice is elevated. Who voice would not have been. When their items are being destroyed. This individual was upset with me, due to these individuals breaking my things and mad that I am experienced at moving and never had an issue in wrapping my own things in bubble wrap and covers. I said you have to replace my mirror. Can you believe this individual did not want to do it all because I wrapped everything myself. If I don't want to be charged extra. That's my right. He hangs up on me. You were wrong and I want everyone in the area and where else to know it. I could be a lot nastier but I am a professional. Your company it NOT!!!!!!!! read more

Movers were responsive finished my move in 2 hrs flat with two movers could have finished sooner if the new apartment wasn't like a maze to get to the freight elevator only to put on another elevator. Handle my items with care. Just be mindful it's best if you speak Russian other than that they were good. Quick service. read more

Absolutely awful. Movers did not speak or read English, they took 3 hours to load a truck, and refused to put my belongings in a protective bag that I had purchased on my own leading my couch to get damaged. 75% of my belongings are broken due to their negligence, and when the owner was contacted regarding the situation, he said it was my fault for not purchasing their shrink wrap! They took my neighbors belongings from the shared garage, and dropped boxes that said "Glass" and said "oops!". All I wanted was my money back (over $1000) in compensation for my destroyed items which value way more than that, and the owner declined. Do not use this company! read more

Hired Vroom Vroom Movers to empty out my late brother in law's storage unit and move contents (furniture, household items, junk) to my in-law's home a few miles away. The quoted price was very fair and reasonable. The two movers and truck showed up right on time and got to work without any issues. They had the unit emptied out in less than an hour, filling up the 20' truck. Very efficient. They drove the contents to home a few miles away, and proceeded to unload the truck and place furniture inside per our directions and sorted items as they came off the truck. They had to walk around from rear drive to front to avoid tight rear-entry stairs. They were done in just over an hour, emptying the truck, moving furniture, placed everything exactly as we asked. Nothing broken, nothing damaged. The final price was extremely reasonable given the amount of work they did. Both guys were friendly, professional and polite. No issues, no questions, no worries. No doubt we will use them again for any local moving needs. Highly reccommended. read more

sent 2 of the slowest movers the world, did not speak a word in English, moved extremely slow since they were getting paid by the hour. then overcharged me $580, Boss on the phone threaten to leave my stuff outside if i did not pay him that extra $580.00. never sent me an invoice, everything was informal. i would never trust these people again. worse moving experience ever. NEVER AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE, BEWARE!!! read more

I used them for a move and after using several different companies they weren't great. Their were…read moretwo guys and it seemed one guy did all the moving while another guy unnecessarily wrapped my things in plastic wrap while giving me his life story. It took them a lot longer to pack up my items. On top of that they were 30 minutes late but started my time before I got there. Fortunately I was able to speak to someone to get the first 30 minutes waived. I messaged them to complain and was rudely spoken to and was told they're not robots. I'm sorry but professional movers should be in shape to move items efficiently. Unfortunately the elevator was down at my new place. This added to the drama. Overall I wasn't satisfied with the lack of professionalism and felt they could had been more effective So these guys called me and text me several times calling me a liar. I've never experienced a company so unprofessional. Thanks for waiving the fee but I had to call to waive the 30 minute late fee. I was also told the incorrect price but due to them waiving the stairs fee I wasn't charged more and I thank you for that. At the end of the day everything was unprofessional and inefficient and management did nothing but make excuses. If you hired movers who have a problem going up 2 and 4 flights of stairs to move 15 boxes, a small sofa, and a small table, a small futon, and a queen mattress something is wrong. I've seen people move it in 20 minutes easy.

Hello everyone! I have contacted Vroom Vroom Movers through email, for a quote and availability. Their response is quick and courteous. They have a good customer service and they always follow up with you on your coming up move. I had a great experience using their moving service. They also give you upfront quote with no hidden charges. On the day of the move, they call you to advise you of their arrival and upon arrival to the unloading destination as well. The movers who helped me today are Kolya Artem and Dmitry, who arrived on time, very courteous, very helpful, communicated well, packed all of my personal belongings well. They got all the packing materials and equipment as well. So don't worry about a thing and let Vroom Vroom Movers do your next home moving. 5 star! read more

A really good experience with Vroom Movers. Everything went smoothly and all my 2 bedrooms furniture + patio furniture as well has been moved in under 4 hours. They took good care of my sensitive glass made furniture. They also disassembled one couch, one king bed and my dinning table and reassembled back without damaging or scratching the leather. You should call them. 2 Polite guys will help you moving your stuff. They asked 280$ for the first 2 hours on a Saturday morning. A pretty decent price. read more

Vroom Vroom Movers were excellent! This was our first time using movers and had a great experience. We needed same day movers and they were available on a last minute notice at an affordable rate. Given it was raining and moved things from a second floor, they were very fast and moved everything we needed smoothly as possible, and handled everything with care.
