The vibe there was basically buy it or get out. The guy with a beard and nasally voice (i believe his name was Tim or something similar) was so rude to some people. If you disagree with him or he doesn't like your opinion here just yells, gets mad and throws your out. Plus I over heard an employee talking with someone else about how they don't get paid, but can take whatever they like as "pay". At that point I thought this company is too shady and just left without buying anything. I know there are good estate companies that do a great job and im sure some day can be very stressful but treating customers like trash, basically stealing from the person that hired you in order to "pay your employees" is so wrong. That company really needs to fix themselves or just close up shop before they get investigated.

Emotionally, letting go of a lifetime of items was a difficult part of the journey but rest assured their assistance made this road more navigable! He didn't see me take it off the shelf and when he walked in a seconds later, he made a "hmm" noise like he had his "gotcha" moment. Maybe it was a very strange coincidence but at the end of the day I am a black person being followed by a white person. Even if it's not a race thing it's uncomfortable.
