His offered suggestions for timing and number of crew needed based on his experience and was spot on and realistic (trust him - you have more stuff than you think). The team was very attentive to all our items, and careful when wrapping, moving, and securing everything in the old and new house. His prices are also spot on. They're very fair, and honestly for the level of professionalism and service we received, he could get away charging more. His prices were the best by far. If you choose It Takes 2 and Mike's team, you absolutely won't regret it!

Very easy to ask questions, they showed up ready to work, got all of my stuff into my storage (even though I thought I needed to rent another one). Mr. Hester was AMAZING with how he fit things in AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, they weren't rough with my stuff! The staff knew what they were doing & when they didn't, they asked Mr Hester & he knew! I love that they asked when they didn't know instead of tearing up my stuff. AWESOME job! Will definitely use them again and I'm referring them to everyone I know that needs to move!! Oh, & they were very affordable! Pricing is substantial compared to what's out there, but it's affordable. I paid more moving into my home with half the stuff, than I did when I hired Hesters to move me out of my home!

They wrapped furniture & make sure boxed things were handled with care. When I tried to help with the little stuff, Brian said they would get it all, I didn't need to do a thing. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE…read more We were given an 8-10 AM arrival window after repeatedly explaining that we had to be out of our house by 5 PM or face a $400 penalty. We were assured this would not be a problem. The movers arrived at 3:50 PM. For nearly six hours, customer service repeatedly told us they were "on their way." At one point, customer service hung up on me. To be clear, the movers themselves were great. They worked hard but looked exhausted after coming straight from another job. The problem was clearly the company's scheduling and management--not the crew. Then we received the bill: more than DOUBLE our quote, including six hours of labor when only four hours were actually worked. After showing up almost six hours past the end of their arrival window, risking a $400 penalty, and overbilling us, their solution was to offer to buy us dinner. Great movers. Terrible management, communication, scheduling, and billing. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not use this company again.
