I found this moving company from craiglist. When booked with your service your scheduling man said our company name & WEBSITE. Then i checked your yelp page and expected pro service. But They are never showed up. When I called to find out what happened, the representative who scheduled the appointment claimed that I called the day before to cancel the appointment. I told her that was not the case and that there may have been a mixup and moving forward, she was rude and persisted that I had cancelled the appointment. Was recommended to use this company by my brother. Was in contact with James. He was really responsive and it was an easy process to send over photos of what needed to be moved and to organize the day. I had all of my boxes packed, ready to go, and it was a really seamless move overall with their help. I went from a first floor walk up in Hyde Park to a second floor walk up with narrow stairs in Ravenswood. It took only a few hours and they were friendly and affordable. These guys were great! they were friendly, careful, helpful and couldn't have been better. I moved out of a 3 bedroom house into an apt on the 4th floor and the move in was challenging. There is no freight elevator so they crew had to actually carry a couple pieces all the way up. They never complained and were always cheerful.
