Would recommend them helping with a move any day. Manny's the man built like a sub zero fridge.

We hired a 3 man crew from this company to move furniture and boxes for us. During the 5 hours of moving, 2 of the 3 men yelled at, intimidated and/or threatened us. This is not a professional company. Do not hire them if you want yourself or your belongings safe. During our move, which happened during a light snowfall, our mattress wasn't wrapped as tightly as it could have been, and it was placed in such a way in the truck that it absorbed quite a bit of water (see photos). When mentioned to the crew, one man, whom I had already asked not to smoke near our furniture, became combative. Requests for that individual to calm down and not even rude or yell at us in our own home, turned to the man informing us he was off the clock and shouting in our front yard to the point where we had to ask him to leave our property- he then sat in the truck leaving the other two to do all the work. When it came time to settle the bill, we called the office (no response) to discuss the damages and a 2 vs 3 person rate. We asked the crew to have her get in touch with us. While I was on the phone with Melanie, business owner/customer service, the remaining crew started yelling at and then threatened my fiancé, shouting that they would call the police for us refusing to pay- we were not, we were discussing the damage and the crew member who walked off the job. The crew manager informed me that he was Melanie's boss and he'd just call the police. Melanie heard all this, called them and sorted it out. The yelling and the threats were terrifying and unprofessional. This is not how you treat customers and is a horrible reflection of the "business." Do your research and go with someone more reputable and safe. read more

These guys were stellar! I had found out last minute that I only had elevator use for an hour and a half and they got it done with time to also help me setup my bed. The nicest! Went above and beyond to accommodate all my crap. Incredibly friendly too. I felt like getting a beer with them afterwards. They rock. You won't be disappointed! read more

If you need movers in the Chicago area, Cueto Movers should be the first one you call! We had to book our movers last minute and they were able to accommodate us still. Melanie was very responsive with sending me the quotes and adjusting to our schedule changes. Their pricing was also very competitive. On the actual moving day, their movers (Justin, Josh, and Andrew) were punctual and courteous. They were very efficient and careful with our belongings, and they placed everything where we wanted them to be. I will definitely be using this company again. read more

Can't recommend these guys enough! From the beginning to end, everything was seamless and efficient. Melanie helped with my quote and coordinating my last minute move. Justin, Josh, and Andrew arrived right on time on move day and were quick, friendly, and handled everything with care. Hiring them again for another move in a week! Thanks guys!! read more

Movers were fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them. They showed up on time and were very respectful responding "yes, sir" to every question we had. They treated our belongings with care and at the same time hustled to get the move done quickly. They were literally running back and forth to get our items out of the truck. If i ever have to move again i will be sure to use Cueto movers. read more

Horrid. Arrived 1.75 hours late. Guys said it was because they thought the schedule was for 9; owner (when she finally answered phone) said it was be of traffic. Guys arrived eating breakfast in the cab. Smoked weed while moving me, 1 guy left for 30 minutes to buy drinks. One entire box of ceramics broken - they either threw it or dropped it and it appears intentionally. Asked owner for a credit of 1 hour since they were so late. "We don't do credits." Movers complained about how many days they had been working. Ruined one of my recliners. Dropped my dining room table. Put boxes in new place wherever they felt like- not taking direction. Footboard in bed damaged. Frame not connected to headboard. Etc., etc. Owner had the gall to ask if I wanted to add a tip! NO, NO, NO. NO stars. Better a -*. I am required by Yelp to pick a star; NO STAR IS MY RATING. read more

The 3 men crew arrived on time. They were very professional, wrapped all of our furniture, offered to shrink wrap other items (did not know that was a thing). They brought a huge truck and everything fit perfectly. Good guys, very respectful, very nice and professional. I will use them again for sure. read more

This group was awesome from beginning to end. Melanie was very professional and organized. The mover team of Edward, Armani, Kenny, and Manny were all awesome. They worked their tail off and took care of our items. They were very polite and efficient too. Honestly, it was such a great experience. I've used all of the larger companies before and this group was better at half the price. read more

I absolutely hate moving, but Cueto Movers made it so easy!!! These guys were great! They were pleasant and respectful, but most importantly they were fast. They were gentle with my furniture and added plastic wrap to the things we already wrapped lol. The second best thing about Cueto Movers is their price. I will be using them again. read more

Highly recommend! I usually don't write reviews but their services were so good, I had to leave one. Melanie is super responsive and the movers were quick and careful! Prices are also super reasonable! Definitely give them a shot ! read more

We were looking for movers to help with a condo move in the city to a house outside of the city and we gathered many quotes. Cueto was very responsive and Melanie did a great job providing an accurate quote. It does appear that Cueto itself outsources their movers. The 3 guys who moved us, Edgar, Manny and Justin, were on time, polite, professional and very hard working. They took very good care of our furniture and possessions while showing and reporting any small cracks, or tears in the furniture prior to moving it. Edgar, Manny and Justin did a fantastic job overall and worked extremely hard. They were thorough and provided great explanation along with whole way. On the way back to the condo from making the first trip to the new house, the truck broke down to no fault of their own. The delay pushed everything back, but they worked through the night to finish the move completely. They took care in dis-assembling and re-assembling the furniture and they took good care of delicates, glassware and the tv's. We would highly recommend these 3 movers to anyone. They go above and beyond and we were extremely lucky to have those 3 guys the day of our move. Thank you to the crew! read more

Cueto Movers is the best! Not only did the movers arrive early, but they were also friendly and helpful the whole way through. They were able to move our entire apartment in just under three hours! I also appreciate that Cueto Movers was available between 4pm and 6pm; other moving companies denied me service because they don't want to work past 5 for whatever reason. Cueto Movers proved that moving is easy and possible at any time of the day. I will absolutely be using you guys in the future for all my moving needs! Thank you again! read more

We had a great experience with Melanie (who scheduled us within 48 hours of our move), Manny, and Louie. Friendly guys who came on time and finished moving easily within the two hour time frame that I was hoping. Our items were treated well and incurred no damage due to their careful consideration of the tricky stair case in our apartment. In my opinion it always best to support local businesses. I highly recommend this family! read more

I never write reviews but have to after how amazing and awesome these guys were. 100% the best and MOST RELIABLE movers out there. From the first phone call to following up and arriving on time everything went perfectly. Their pricing is more than fair as well. I will only reccomend and use Cueto movers going forward. Thanks! read more

Boy amI glad I called these guys! Manny and Edward were awesome. Took time to wrap things carefully, well secured and organized in the truck. These guys work really hard and do things the right way. They were on time; good communication; polite and professional, and their rates were more than reasonable. Highly recommend, and if I need to move again, or even move stuff in house, I will 100% be calling them. read more

I recently moved from a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the 3rd floor to the 1st floor in the same building. They got our furniture and all the boxes and things we hadn't already taken down ourselves done in under 2 hours. If anyone in the Chicago area needs movers I can't recommend Cueto Movers enough! They were easily the quickest, most efficient, fairly priced, and friendly movers I've ever worked with. read more

I have nothing but praise for Cueto movers. I requested a quote on yelp for Movers and received a response from Melanie at Cueto Movers right away with amazing hourly rates. This was such a good experience I will be recommending Cueto movers to friends and family in the future. read more

Stepped in when another company canceled last minute. Professional and amiable, Manny, Justin, and Joshua finished our packing and moving in about 6.5 hours - super impressive - and were generally lovely to be around. I'm sure we will use Cueto again - we were lucky to find them last minute! read more

We hired Cueto movers the week of our move. They were very quick to get back to us with all the information we needed! This company had great communication prior to the move and throughout the moving process. The movers Manny, Justin, and Steven were reliable and helpful. They moved our standing piano with great detail and care. I would definitely hire them again for any move! read more

I move a lot so I'm hard to impress but they did exactly that. Melanie was responsive and thorough booking the move. Manny called in route with an ETA and all three movers were very professional. They were also very understanding and accommodating as they ran into issues caused by leasing and maintenance. They even remained patient and professional when they service elevator broke down with them and a load on it. My armoire was too large for the new apartment and they broke it down for me carefully. I can't recommend this team enough. They were worth every penny. read more

This is the best moving company on earth . I initially got worried because they were running late, but it was well worth it. Let me tell you, the three young guys were nice, respectful and very responsible for my items. The owner Melanie runs the business well. The price is slightly lower than other companies, but the service is superior. I can't thank them enough!!!!! Hopefully they can take care of my next move, next year! read more

Cueto Movers - Moving out of my public storage - Movers Near Me

I never left a bad comment before, but I felt like I have to this time. To be fair, the first interaction went well, they were responsive to all our questions, scheduling was easy, however the rest turned out to be the opposite. The movers were nice people but they were a bit inexperienced and had some organizational issues. And we moved several times before and never experienced such issues and headaches before. Also, we weren't informed that they were renting u-haul trucks which created a huge delay due to battery issue. They forgot to pick up some items, lost the key, and we were charged for late hour fees by the condo (which we informed the moving company about) and they only refunded us a small portion of it and ignored all our messages. We would have appreciated a return to our messages. So, we ended up paying what other top moving companies would have charged us witout all the problems. Just wanted to share our experience for other people. So, think twice before making a decision. read more

I highly recommend Cueto Movers. They wrapped everything so well and were very careful with my furniture. Very nice and respectful from scheduling to moving date. Definitely recommend them. read more

These movers were off the charts...Manny, Jose and Fioogle did not come to play. They hustled from start to finish. They were very polite, efficient and honest. The moving team packed up my items in a little over a hour and even with travel time(from 5700 west to 106 south) I was all moved into my new home before 12 noon. These guys rocked!!! This company prices were very reasonable compared to their competitors...I highly recommend and would utilize their services again!!! read more

I just finished my move with Cueto Movers today and they were excellent!! They arrived at my home and immediately started loading up, very friendly and fast movers. They made it a breeze! Moved everything into the new place quickly and completed the job within a 2 hour timeframe. No issues at all and very affordable!! They are not overpriced like other movers and there are no hidden fees. Took the stress out of moving, I will definitely choose them again! read more

We had to move a 3bdrm house into storage while we waited to close on our new house, and it was a LOT of work emptying out the house, renting trucks and loading up the storage unit. So, we decided to hire movers to empty out the storage unit and move into our new house. I AM SO GLAD WE DID. I got estimates from several companies through Yelp.. and this company had the best price and best reviews, and I completely see why! The day of the move they were there early. We were assigned 3 guys based on our load size: Joshua, Justin & Andrew. They were so fast an efficient, they used every square inch of a 26foot truck and got all of our items in one trip (it took us 2 trips to load the unit initially). They were courteous and professional. The one guy carried items backwards on his back, and you have to see it to believe it but we were impressed in how much they could get done. I am so thankful to them, really great group of guys and I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who is looking for moving help. read more

Louie, Josh, and Manny were great. Highly recommend these movers. Very fast & efficient. Thanks!

We went with Cueto Movers to help move our furniture into a rented truck. Communicating with Melanie was very easy prior to the move. She did a great job answering all our questions. The guys arrived on time, they were very efficient and experienced in the job. They knew what they were doing while arranging the items inside the truck. It only took them 1 hour to move a 1 bedroom into the truck. They charge 2 hours minimum but their prices are very reasonable compared to others in the area and you get good quality. we would recommend them. read more

I am so happy that I did my research before I picked a moving company. I picked Cueto Movers because of their stellar rating on Yelp. After my move, I know why they are rated so highly. Everything about my move was amazing. I had Jonathan, Perry, and Manny for my movers. They were moving my stuff in the snow and they were so nice and friendly. They let me relax while they took care of everything. They disassembled a bed for me and at my new place put it together for me. They stopped at my boyfriend's storage on the way to our new place and they were so fast with everything. They were very careful with all of our boxes and furniture. Even when it came time to pay them, I was able to through Zelle. It was a seamless process. It was such a huge load of stress off of my back. I know that when I moved move again I will be using Cueto Movers. Thank you so much to everyone and to Melanie in the office. Thank you for answering all of my million questions.
