Typically, I was use to waiting a bit to be seen and to pick my frames. This time, I was called in right away and luckily the last staff member saved the frame style into my profile so that saved a bunch of time. My appointment was for 5p, they actually accommodated for an earlier 3pm visit since I was already in the area. I went with a pair of Dita frames and they called me to tell me they were ready in about a week. Overall, they get 5 stars from me because they have the speed of service down now and it doesn't feel like I'm spending too much time there. The frames were perfect as well.

I am…read morenot talking about the optometrist next door, I speaking about the incompetent workers at the vision center that take the prescription and send them out for your glasses. They have absolutely no clue how to do their jobs. I've went back three times now and my glasses are not correct. The first time they ordered the wrong lenses. The second time the frames were completely bent at the nose it literally wrapped around my head. The reason I say three times (is because I had to go back the first time since I didn't notice the lenses were messed up because I was wearing contacts when I picked them up). All the guy could do is blame everyone and everything else on why they couldn't get this right. Seriously, mess up a cheeseburger fine, I'll be mad but it won't hurt. Mess up my only means of seeing which allows me to do daily tasks and that's horrible. Are they even trained? Walmart cooperation really needs to take a good look at this Walmart in general, but especially the vision center. Like how many kids are walking around with messed up glasses because they don't know better to speak up. Ridiculous.

I'm not the type of person that leaves a review.. I just read them.. and I read every single one of…read morethem before I went there.. my experience so far: I called them around 11:30AM today and I was referred by my insurance because they are "in network" they were very helpful and provided all the information necessary over the phone for me to make a decision to schedule an appt with them or not.. they accommodated me immediately for an appt at 2:30pm the same day( I called 2 doctors before them and they pushed me for 2 weeks for a free consultation) .. I was seen by a nurse shortly after I checked in and they did all the agreed upon procedures with all professionalism. They are very quick and efficient. so I understand how some people might think that they move through patients quickly.. they're just efficient- there is nothing better than that especially at a doctors office where sometimes you experience long wait times. I want to do a LASIK eye surgery and I asked upfront to give a rough estimate on the cost of the procedure on the phone and they gave me a very good rough estimate..(I kind of expected them to raise the price a little bit after I do the actual consultation and pitch me on different type of procedures) however they didn't do that and I got the quote for the procedure for the same amount they quoted me over the phone. I had a very good experience so far and I'm very happy over all and my surgery is scheduled for 2 weeks from now, will update as I get more info.
