Although the eye exam went well, everything after that was terrible. They told me that they would text me within two weeks to let me know that my glasses were ready for pick up. I never received any communication that they were ready to be picked up. Instead I had to call to follow up. I figured with the holidays maybe there was a delay, there wasn't. They received the glasses in mid November and relied on just a single text message (which I never received) to inform me that the glasses were ready. Instead of taking accountability for the lack of communication the front desk person said "well I guess it is our fault" only after I told her that it doesn't make sense only rely on one text message. If a patient doesn't pick up their prescription eye wear, which they need to see, then don't you think you should be more diligent and call to follow up. and again instead of taking accountability and apologize she just said "well we're short staffed." And this wasn't the first issue since my original review in Google where I did give them a 5star review. My husband also had an issue when he came and it took them over two months to finally tell him that the lab wasn't equipped to work with the frames he selected. Again, no accountability or apology for that incident either. Needless to say I'll be looking for a new optometrist.

I made a yearly check up appointment and because I was 1 day into the month of June and not there in May the warranty I purchased for my lenses was not honored. I was going to buy another pair of glasses I always pay out of pocket. This didn't feel fair and I left pretty upset.

    Shittiest racist place ever…read more I called to schedule an appointment for Thursday, but they told me they were fully booked, so I scheduled for Wednesday of the same week instead. I booked an appointment for Wednesday at 8 AM and confirmed it with the female staff member at the front desk over the phone. I wasted my time driving there and arrived exactly at my scheduled time on Wednesday. They claimed they called my name, then told me I didn't have an appointment until the next day because they had changed my appointment to Thursday without informing me directly -- only through a text message. I was never clearly notified, so I assumed my appointment was still on Wednesday. Do customers really have to do their job by repeatedly confirming appointments to make sure the schedule is correct? Should I have to ask for the phone representative's name just to hold someone accountable so appointments aren't changed without notice? Whoever the female staff member at the front needs to get fired. This was a mistake on their end. This place is terrible and filled with incompetent staff. Please DO NOT come here.

The young lady in the optical department also raised her voice at patients, in a rush to get the patient out of her way. Lack of management in this office. Maybe hire a more friendly staff. So patients actually feel welcomed.
