My first visit was yesterday. The front office was very helpful and attentive. Dr. Lee was Amazing the entire process. He addressed all my concerns. Gave me some recommendations and was knowledgeable about anything and everything I asked. I loved that they had a huge selection of frames. I absolutely love this office! I was referred by my doctor to come here & was a bit nervous but right when I arrived I was greeted and welcomed by the staff. The girls in the front (Yolanda and Irene) are amazing. So personable. Very polite & welcoming! I really appreciated their kindness. They treated every patient before and after me the same. (That's not something you see everyday) The office is clean and has a good selection of glasses. Of course you are able to get different frames else where if the selection isn't what you want but overall it's a great place. I arrived right on time and filled out some quick paperwork. I then took three quick tests with Yolanda & she walked me through them and let me know what to expect. (I appreciated this. Some offices won't even let you know what you're doing or why) She was extremely thorough. My eye exam was quick and Dr.Lee made me very comfortable. Thank you Dr.Lee I will be back! This office is great! Thank you to Yolanda & Irene for providing such great service. And best of all- once I get my glasses I will be able to see again So thank you to the entire office! Called at 4pm and got seen right away for a painful stye. Warm compresses didn't work for the last 4 days. I've seen in the past where styes needed to be removed surgically, so I didn't want that to happen to me. Dr Lee was caring and very efficient. My husband ended up getting a small piece of metal in his eye at work. I called Dr Lee to see if he could take him in as a new patient in the midst of Covid-19. Dr. Lee is absolutely amazing! He's young and smart! I came in on a Monday as a walk in for my eye exam and it only took about 30mins to see me since someone was before me. Which was reasonable. Got my prescription and was out within 40mins.. He then recommended I get my eyes dilated to see the full scope of my eyes. I made an appointment 3 days later and what do you know I was fine! Got what I needed and was out like nothing. I haven't talked to the receptionist these people are complaining about but if she does try to act smart with me in the future. I first came here bc I worked very close to their old office on Rosemead/Whittier Blvd. Best doctor ever, staff is great even though their front has switched. In the midst of Covid19 Dr Lee has accommodated for emergency visits and very communicative when he had to cancel routine exams for the time being (Dr Lee calls his patients). He is great with kids! He knows how to work with kids and I had to intervene maybe once to ask my son to settle down. He has a brand new office that matches his work ethic. My husband, kids, & I are now all patients and recommend Dr Lee to anyone even if they live a few cities away. read more

Dr. Lee is actually a personal friend of mine, but don't let that fool you to think this is a biased review of his office. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to your needs. He is very thorough and always makes sure you're happy before you leave. His office is located in a strip mall in between In-n-Out and El Pollo Loco facing Rosemead Blvd. Parking directly in front of his office can be a pain, but there's plenty of parking in the same strip mall around the corner. Dr. Lee offers a large selection of designer frames as well as a selection of cheaper frames for those who only want what insurance covers. My only gripe is that I'm a huge fan of Oakley sunglasses and their selection of Oakley Rx frames is limited, but that's just a personal preference. Dr. Lee also cuts lenses in-house, so turnaround time for your Rx frames is within a week, but if you're in a bind and need it the same day, arrangements can be made to accommodate your schedule. The only bad thing (but also a good thing) is that his office can get pretty busy. It's a good idea to call and make an appointment before you arrive. An appointment is not required, but recommended. read more
