She had no idea what I needed and assumed I "wanted" sunglasses. Hence, I need them to drive at night, so where did she get that idea? I don't know. When I picked them up, I figured they were transition lenses, but they weren't. I called to ask why she had they done that way, and she just responded, "You asked for them." Doctor: I'm sorry your staff is incompetent; I didn't deserve to pay over $500 for something I didn't order. The worst part was that your staff refused to let me speak to you. I feel like I've been sold an "upgrade" that made no real difference. The doctor and staff were nice, but that doesn't change the fact that this product is garbage for the price I paid.
