I had been a client at this office for over 25 years. Dr. Lim was the best. I had Dr. Merino help me last year and he's really nice too. Dr. Chamberlain assisted me this year and it was ok. The office now charges $25.00 extra for a retinal exam. I got my glasses and I loved them. Unfortunately, I lost them. I called the office to inquire about a coupon I saw online and their system was down. I never got a call back. They did send a copy of my prescription so I got another pair of glasses at another provider and service was really fast. I also used to get a discount for being a long time customer which I no longer get. Maybe it's time to find a new place. read more

I've been going to Paramount Family Optometry for a few years now so this review is long over due. My whole life I've had astigmatism in both eyes. I've never been able to fully see correctly, that is until coming here. Glasses just weren't cutting since as an adult I found out I have keratoconus. Due to that I need hard lenses. The staff here took care of me and got me perfect fit and from then have continued to take care of me. They gave me the vision I didn't even know I was missing. With my scleral lens I saw the world. That's no exaggeration, I had never seen the moon in all its glory until I got my hard lenses. I literally cried happy tears. Doctor and staff are the best! Helpful, patient, and go out of the way to help me understand what is going on with my eyes, I like to ask a lot of questions and they welcome them. I recently moved to OC and even so still make that drive to paramount because I love it so much there. If you're looking for the right fit for optometry this is the place! I went into Paramount optometry and the staff went out of their way to replace them into new frames and didn't even charge me. I didn't get the frames or the prescription from them.
