What makes this worse is that I spent money on glasses that I cannot properly utilize and was never clearly informed about my options beforehand. I called the office to inquire about a coupon I saw online and their system was down. I never got a call back. They did send a copy of my prescription so I got another pair of glasses at another provider and service was really fast. I also used to get a discount for being a long time customer which I no longer get. Maybe it's time to find a new place.

Alex greeted us with a smile the optometrist is super professional and made my already nervous son feel at ease and laugh while he checked his vision. There is no wait, prices are way reasonable compared to other places and lenses came back within week. Cherry on top for this place within a few days of receiving his lenses he broke his frame at school I called to see if I can order a replacement Alex stayed come on down. And he happily replaced the frame at no charge!!! Later my father in law needed to replace his glasses he usually goes to Costco but I told him he had to try this places! They all take the time to examine you carefully and also to listen and answer your questions throughly. The front office staff is also experienced, friendly, helpful, and efficient. On a few occasions they have helped us to get the best product for the best price even if was at a different business. If necessary, you can always get your prescription from them and get it filled elsewhere. Their parking lot is pretty small and the entrance and exit are very narrow, so be careful driving and parking here. There is a light to get in and out of their business and it is needed as the street is busy. Even though spaces are limited, we have always been able to get a spot. Recommend giving these guys a try.

It doesn't get five stars because almost all of the frames did not have a price. I had to keep asking them for the price and it felt like I was disturbing them when busy. I also felt like the prices were expensive and I would love to see more of a variety. I wish I would've gotten my frames at Costco because I ended up paying more than $100 even after insurance.
