She spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone, raised her voice at me, pointed her finger at me, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable and upsetting. What makes this worse is that I spent money on glasses that I cannot properly utilize and was never clearly informed about my options beforehand. Customer service and communication were handled very poorly. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic based on how patients are treated. Muy mala experiencia. Alex greeted us with a smile the optometrist is super professional and made my already nervous son feel at ease and laugh while he checked his vision. There is no wait, prices are way reasonable compared to other places and lenses came back within week. Cherry on top for this place within a few days of receiving his lenses he broke his frame at school I called to see if I can order a replacement Alex stayed come on down. And he happily replaced the frame at no charge!!! Later my father in law needed to replace his glasses he usually goes to Costco but I told him he had to try this places! He came home super happy with the services and stated that he saved $200-300 from what he usually pays. Highly recommend for all your Vision needs!!!

They tell you that you're getting "new glasses every time" -- which is a lie -- and then bill Medi-Cal for it. When I asked for proof, they couldn't provide any. Instead, they told me to Zelle them $85 for new glasses, which I did. Later, I found out Medi-Cal denied their claim because the office has a history of false charges. Now they're refusing to refund my $85, claiming my Medi-Cal "isn't active." Total scam. Please don't come here -- avoid at all costs. They are dishonest, unethical, and take advantage of people. Update just call them to get an update about getting my money back and I believe it was Dr.Frohn himself just treating me with his lawyer for putting my review. In the U.S., you are legally protected under the Consumer Review Fairness Act (2016). That law makes it illegal for a business to punish or sue you just for sharing an honest opinion or negative experience, as long as what you write is truthful and based on your real experience.

They all take the time to examine you carefully and also to listen and answer your questions throughly. The front office staff is also experienced, friendly, helpful, and efficient. On a few occasions they have helped us to get the best product for the best price even if was at a different business. If necessary, you can always get your prescription from them and get it filled elsewhere. Their parking lot is pretty small and the entrance and exit are very narrow, so be careful driving and parking here. There is a light to get in and out of their business and it is needed as the street is busy. Even though spaces are limited, we have always been able to get a spot. Recommend giving these guys a try.

At my appointment, Dr. Turner and her staff made me feel welcome. Dr. Turner listened to my needs and made sure I was comfortable with both my contacts and glasses.
