This place is great I started by coming here because my 8 year needed glasses according to his school. The service is amazing!!!! Alex greeted us with a smile the optometrist is super professional and made my already nervous son feel at ease and laugh while he checked his vision. There is no wait, prices are way reasonable compared to other places and lenses came back within week. Cherry on top for this place within a few days of receiving his lenses he broke his frame at school I called to see if I can order a replacement Alex stayed come on down. And he happily replaced the frame at no charge!!! Later my father in law needed to replace his glasses he usually goes to Costco but I told him he had to try this places! He came home super happy with the services and stated that he saved $200-300 from what he usually pays. Highly recommend for all your Vision needs!!! read more

"In your mother's case dilation was suggested to take a better look at the health of her retina and cataracts". THIS IS THE LIST OF SERVICE I RECEIVED, THEY TOLD ME THRU PRIVATE MESSAGE . Standard Eye Exam $50 Dilation $20 Frame $79 Bifocal Lens $89 UV Protection $25 Scratch Coating $25 Total: $288 **** They told me to yelp private message that they saved me $79 dollars more than YELP deal would got me. NOT TRUE! --------------- ON THAT DAY -------------- The fact is on the day I had been charged $99 for 1 vision promotion( but because my mom need a special lens so i only save $20 from the $99 deal which it $50 for frame instead of $79 +$50 for exam+$89 bifocal lens) ****I have copy of receipt in the picture. All those extra list that they gave me above is NOT TRUE. and IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDER. They just put it in the message to make me feel like i got a good deal. I can't believe they don't think that i would look at my receive. Clearly the business thing that customer are not that smart and they can push the fact around. I will report to Yelp. ++++++ ++++ FACT IS ++++++++++ IF THEY ALLOW ME TO USE MY YELP PROMOTION ( $99 for $150 deal) My fee would be $50 for exam + $70 for frame + 89 lens + 20 dilation which totals would be 229 - 150 voucher = $79. ( so $79 will be my total fee out of pocket on that day + $99 that pay thru Yelp ) ****** But their staff explained to me on that day was this YELP promotion ($99 for $150) DO NOT EXIT. And he promptly explained to me that The promotion $150 deal mean $50 for exam + $50 frame + $50 lens. This is a shame that they not even try to make thing right but push the fact around. NOT trustworthy and trust me this is not business you want to deal with. You would want to deal with the place that you can trust and rely on. TALKING about glasses my mom received. It poorly made. On the rim has a sharp edge which it hurt my mom. I will take a picture and upload it in a couple day. It has been sit on the table. I am disappoint and i don't know how to say enough about this. For the past 3 years I always always!!! get the worse customer service and honestly ghetto attitude from the ladies who work here. I continue to come back because of the Optometrist and the affordability. He's very welcoming well spoken, thorough accommodating and friendly. The prices are great. Never a long wait. I unfortunately did not have enough money to buy the most expensive frames and lenses plus the cost of the exam and 2 boxes of contact lenses and because of my economic status I was humiliated and treated poorly. I asked if I can just pay for the exam and come back the following week to order contacts since I have to wait for my prescription to arrive anyway and the woman said it was non refundable and forced me to sign the credit card receipt. It was a horrible experience. Glad I'm out of there. It's unfortunate that people like her exist in this world and make life situations unpleasant. I feel sorry for the people who cross paths with her. I assume she isn't happy with life or her career and just can't hide it. read more

So you can imagine all the eye car centers I've been to. 1st off this place is in the back of a grocery store, so I though, OK, afordable eye exam, shopping... Kill 2 birds with one stone. I've never had glasses and it's been at least 10 years since I had my eyes checked. So I was nervous about my visit, but Dr. Terry was great and explained all the issues with my eyes. I could tell he has years of experience, as he went straight into the profession from college. I knew it was time to get glasses and he suggested to try Progressive glasses since spend at least 6-7 hours of my job looking at the computer and reading. After using them for a week I realized I couldn't adjust to them, especially since I'm completely new to glasses. After a second review with Dr. Terry we decided on solely computer glasses, which apparently happens a lot to newbies. There was no hassle on the revised pair and no extra charge for the change. I'm happy with the prescription now! I was even able to keep the frame I originally picked out with the help of Betty and Joanna. Since I went alone to choose those girls were helpful, kind and gave me their honest opinion on which frame was better for my face and not just after a sale of a high priced pair of glasses! Betty made the experience fun and educational on what to look out for when deciding on my first pair. And Joanna told me if a pair looked too serious in style or too small/large. I was also impressed they both have years of knowledge in the eye glass industry AND eye healthcare issues, as an assistant to the doctor. Neither woman was not just some sales person. They know eye care terms the doctor throws at them and they keep up with stocking the office with the latest eyeglass wear, low priced AND high end. After my positive experience there, I ended up going back to get two pairs of glasses for my Dad. He thought Dr. Terry was very nice and thorough. In terms of location, the office is at the back of a community market. Don't let that deter you...it truly is a professional eye care office, with a staff that cares about it's patients. I would only suggest you dress a little warm because the store can get a little chilly. You will always find parking because of the location and you can even get a little shopping done! :) read more

After snooping around on yelp i found myself set on NFO. My first impression was that the office has a very comfortable feeling to it. Yes i promptly waited for a little although arriving on time to my appointment, because situations in life happen that we do not have control over. The Optometrist was simply handling a patient that needed extra care. I forgot my Dr.'s name but she was very friendly and helpful, you can really feel she cares for the patient. Dr. Terry was easy going and super helpful (probably the coolest eye doc I've met so far haha). You can tell when an office actually cares about your needs and this place is it. Ok so I found this place in yelp. I made an appoint because it's close to my house and they called me to confirm my appoint but when I picked up two women were talking. I heard one say fuck someone then say the word fuck again. I stayed silent for the first few seconds without even saying hello because i was so confused. So I'm thinking ugh I dont wanna deal with this I just need glasses. My appoint came up and they called me because I'm a no show of course.i ignored the call but then decided to call them and tell the manager. So I call she gets on the phone and straight up says she doesn't beleive her employees did that. I just thanked her and hung up. Oh goodness where do I begin. First off the customer service is above excellent. The doctor was super nice and very patient with my 7 year old. We were in and out in less than a half hour . They helped my daughter pick the glasses she liked in my price range. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need which is always a plus. The glasses arrived in less than a week which was awesome . And on top of everything they offer a Groupon deal which was a super savings. In total my daughter got some nice frames with a bunch of specialties like anti glare no shatter lens and her rx all for $110. I must add the glasses did break a week later but they had them fixed and ready to go the next day with no charge for me. Rosa was super nice and so is the tall girl who works there . So I went in for an eye exam and new glasses. The doctor and staff were very friendly. I went there as a walk-in and it didn't even take long for my eye exam (unlike Walmart). The exam was a pleasant experience. When it came time to picking out my glasses, I was having a difficult time deciding what looks good on my face. The girl that works there was very helpful and suggested many glasses that looked great on me. I ended up choosing a pair that she had suggested I try on. I love my new glasses and I have been getting plenty of comments on them at work and school. What I loved about this place is their big selection of cute glasses! I've gone to Walmart and even Costco and they're selection is whatever, but the glasses at this place are super cute. I'm going to return here for another pair in the near future ( I can't just have one pair). The doctor was very cool and chill, and the girl that helped me was very nice and helpful. Familiarity is key. When you meet the Technicians and Optometrist for the first time they greet with passion and confidence. What stood out is how they take the time to explain the differences and choices in lenses, options and frames. I had the routine Eye exam performed by Terry. I'll explain he was precise, caring, and patient. I never once needed to adjust my head or eyes during the exam, it felt like I was the one that sat down previously. After the exam Terry explained everything I needed to know and asked. I was special enough to be treated by Joanna, she helped supply myself with some great eyewear.
