I didn't know we can park on the "La Quinta Real" Mexican restaurant's parking lot on the back side. It would have been nice if they would have advise me where to park over the phone. Because of his attitude, I will be seeking a second opinion before I order new glasses. At the end of the exam, I had one last question; he looked at the clock and told me sarcastically that his lunch was at 1:00. (It was 12:40 pm) I apologized and told him "never mind." The eye exam did seem to be thorough. However, I will still seek a second opinion; I sadly can't trust someone that appears not to be enjoying his occupation. Just a suggestion: A simple smile and cordial greeting goes a long way. His medical assistant, however, was very nice, cordial and very professional.

I informed them that I would be purchasing my contacts from somewhere else and suddenly their exam and fitting prices went up significantly. I paid a copayment, they billed my insurance and still claim I have a balance due. They are shady and unprofessional.
