At first, I thought maybe this was normal and that my eyes just needed time to adjust. However, the eye strain continued for over a month. At that point, it was clear that something was not right. When I called the business to address the issue and asked for help getting a new prescription, they refused to provide me with a new one. I trusted them with my vision and spent money on glasses that I have struggled to wear comfortably. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially because I gave the glasses plenty of time to adjust before returning with concerns. I expected better customer service and support when dealing with something as important as my eyesight. I would recommend being very careful and making sure your prescription feels right before leaving.
