I don't think all of the new staff is great. The young tall guy made me feel some kind of way while he was helping me chose classes, not very friendly, very short as if he was not interested in my small talk. I was telling him how I had gone somewhere else and the product was not that good, so I had to come back to my old doctor anyways the more mature gentleman who help with my contact fitting was so sweet and super nice. He smiled and walked me through the new contact experience. He advised me if I needed anything please call the office, he as doctors Messinger's spirit try and keep the same vibe that has kept people coming back for over 40 years. During the visit, I was told that my vision was not 20/20, but the provider would not tell me my specific visual acuity. She simply said that this can happen after LASIK. That made me feel a little uneasy and lose some trust in the clinic. Because of that experience, I decided not to return for further follow-up visits.

Very disappointing experience. The older front desk lady with red hair was extremely unprofessional…read moreand disrespectful during my visit. She spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone, raised her voice at me, pointed her finger at me, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable and upsetting. What makes this worse is that I spent money on glasses that I cannot properly utilize and was never clearly informed about my options beforehand. Customer service and communication were handled very poorly. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic based on how patients are treated.
