Apparently an error message came up and then the phone froze on the google screen. She asked me if the back came off (because she didn't know) and unfortuately for me it did not come off. She then told me I could try bringing it to a nearby business for a factory reset. I asked how much that would cost but she didn't know. She then tried to suss out if I would buy a new phone because she didn't know how to fix the phone I brought in. That was just about the worst thing she could have done at that time. Thankfully my old phone still worked so at least I didn't leave there with less than what I came in with. Would've been nice if she knew how to get my new phone working but she didn't.

I stopped by there today because my son's phone was not working. He was there on Friday and they…read moretold him he needed a new sim card but would not replace it without a parent there. So I went there today. The woman working in the store today was completely uninterested in helping us. She got the new sim card and threw it on the table. My son was asking her for help and again could barely look up and answer his question. He said his phone was still not working. Her "technical" opinion was that it was the phone. She offered no further advice or help. She had to have been the laziest Customer Service Rep I have ever come across. I am due for an upgrade soon. I will go anywhere else to get my upgrade....there is no way I will ever step in that store again. If I owned that store I would fire her. If she is that lazy with me she that lazy with other customers.

Im saying all of this to say I'm satisfied with the service I received today. My phone was fixed in less than 2 hours. I feel as if the low ratings are people being surprised they need additional things done to their tech before it can even be serviced. The employee I was working with did his best and could only do so much. I have a bigger gripe with my insurance not informing me of the protocols before I went to the store. 1 piece of advice: Maybe get a second landline to help better fulfill claims-My phone couldn't make calls-They couldn't make calls. This meant I had to go home, make another claim over my landline, head back to the store, then pick up my phone another two hours later. It'd save a lot of headaches.

It's…read morebeen a while since I've had my laptop checked out and I'm a student so I only use it for a few things, but Dave looked at it personally and got my speed and antivirus software up-to-date. He was friendly, professional, and the store, although almost hidden from the rest of the shopping plaza, was clean and easy to get to. His service on my computer was delivered promptly at the agreed-upon time, and I was called once my laptop was ready. He was also ready to answer any follow-up questions and was quite helpful, even though the service itself was free. As a Testimoniacs expert, I would recommend Dave's Computers to anyone who, like me, wouldn't necessarily consider themselves to be computer-savvy, but needed some professional assistance of the right kind. I highly recommend one to take the opportunity to get their computer diagnosed for free; visiting Dave is worth the drive. Rachael
