Lauren was extremely responsive and transparent, and just several days later I now have a beautifully redone stereo (Pioneer DMH-1500NEX) that also sounds much, much better than before. The technician, Mike, walked me through how the unit works and described the installation process; there was one slight issue he found when testing the unit the day before, and thankfully they got a new module to make sure everything worked perfectly before releasing the car back to me. The new unit looks clean (see my attached photo), and I walked away with the sense that both Lauren and the staff have high attention to detail and stand by their work. The replacement was not cheap, but the quote was comparable to another place in the area and now I feel like I have a brand new car. Will definitely recommend this place and go back if I need similar work done in the future.

    It took me a long time to come around to posting this review. I had a complex experience with this…read moreplace, and I think in no small part it's because they've changed their technician. My issue is not with the quality of their work. My issue is with customer attention. Nonexistent. So my girlfriend got her remote start done here last year, and it worked great, car was done in a day, and she was happy. That's all I needed to know to try getting my radio done (speaker and receiver upgrades). I brought my car in, came back to pick it up at 4. Note that they didn't call me to confirm the appointment or that the car was done. It was generally ready, but there was a part they didn't get from the supplier. Sync didn't work with my Ford. Okay, I'll have to come back for the Sync module. They didn't charge me for the part and said they'd make the supplier bring it free. That's good customer service, I thought! Brought the car back. Again, they never called me. I had to call them repeatedly to find out when they'd have the part in and when I could bring the car in. Starting to get annoyed, but the appointment was available. Brought my car in in the morning, said I'd be back at 4. I had a ballgame to catch in South Jersey. I came back at 4. I waited there with my friend OVER TWO HOURS for the car to be done. Gee, did you work on it? Best part: the Sync still didn't work. It worked with his phone but not mine. Apparently it's very finicky with installation and he'd have to call someone to walk him through it. So, I thought... why didn't you call them all day? What were you doing all day? Why wasn't my car ready at 4? Why did I miss the entire first game of my doubleheader? More questions. Everything except Sync still worked. I had to call - again - they NEVER CALLED ME ONCE - and scheduled an appointment for Friday. Final try. They get my car, work on it all day uninterrupted, I get it back and it works. They never worked on it. All day. Never worked on it. James the technician never told the owner that I was dropping off my car, so she scheduled right over me. No communication at all, whatsoever from James. The owner was both apologetic and defending her employee, which I understand, but I'm naming him because I blame him for a complete failure and lack of communication the entire time. Third strike, you're out. I got my refund and he uninstalled everything. Oh, the best part? I still didn't get my car until 6:00. That's an entire day of nothing and two hours wasted sitting around. Just the best. Don't go here. If you've gone here or already have an appointment, your work will be quality. But heaven help you if the part itself is defective, or if you have to be somewhere with your car. I think the best way for this business to move forward is to hire someone with a customer ethic, similar to the person they had before James, because right now this total lack of internal and external communication is a sinking ship.
