(Remmeber that) This guy dont have 1 single clue of customer service, arrogant and the most disrespectful Tmobile employee I have ever meet. I have issues with my cellphone since Saturday., Its insured and still cover by the manufacturer's warranty. He didn't want to deal with me. He couldn't come up with a Solution for my issue, He just acted like He is the boss, and it is, what it is. He refused to give me his ID number so I could provide it to Tmobile Customer Care. I paid $1456 a year for Internet alone with Optimum! that's $94 for the Internet and $39 for 1gig…read moreas if the $94 for Internet wasn't good enough. Another $14 for something called Gateway and service fees. When I started struggling to make the payments they cut off my paying online access as if I was a child and told me if I wanted to restore services I had to call. It's so funny how when you don't pay they disconnect you but I got plenty of Optimum outages texts but I never called in and asked for a credit. Then I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told after 25 minutes of waiting that one wasn't available and they would call me back and I still haven't gotten a call back!! that's the service fee I pay for? Verizon is $840 a year for Internet. Prices go up, customer service in this entire world sucks but your paycheck stays down and they wonder why people walk around unhappy and some committing crimes!
