The representative stated I needed to give him the passcode to my phone and it would be done in 2 hrs. I have had several people tell me before going, I would not need to give my passcode for a simple screen crack fix. I spoke to other screen repair places on the phone, they stated I would not need to give my passcode and there is a maintenance mode that is used during fixes to protect privacy. The representative was insistent the only way he would fix it was with my passcode and to just trust him. I left with my cracked screen because of how odd this was. Why not put my phone in maintenance mode? Why require my passcode where you could scroll through all my financial information, emails, passcodes, photos, convos. Why on earth should I just trust some random guy who refuses to fix a phone on maintenance mode when it is an option and is standard practice.

He led us to believe he could get the trade in done for us then said oh forget what I just said, I can't take your trade. It was very obvious that he was not interested in doing his job or even displaying common courtesy. We were the only customers in the store so he could have given us his full attention. He gave us some BS answer as to why we couldn't complete the deal and offered no apologies or anything. He just mumbled incoherently and kept looking at his phone. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me.
