So if you are going into this store location, be aware they must be working on commission and will try to upcharge you at all costs. After two days of trying, they have made it impossible for me and others to receive the $20 credit. I have tried on their website, on the phone and I even went personally to the store at 241 Rt 10 East, Succasunna, NJ. At this location, I explained the situation and I was told they had nothing to do with it and that they do not handle any billing matters and they told me to wait 24 hours after my last attempt to contact Verizon and to dial 611 and "they will walk you through it." As it turns out, 611 connected me instead to Optimum (their competitor). So essentially they not only offered no help, but blew me off with a big fat lie. They play dirty and are definitely not honest business people. The sad part is that these two mobile phone companies are the only ones available in this area so they can get away with anything.

They ended up disabling our sons phone which wasn't even there At the store. Then the rep could switch my personal data over to the new phone was lost and confused. He disappeared for 20 minutes behind closed doors on the phone with Verizon. Then my wife's old phone they never disabled or removed from the account as it was still active which my wife had two phones on the same number both ringing on incoming calls. When we had issues at the store, I asked rep to make sure everything was ok and done. His response was rude and like you log in and you do it. And the manager does not take or acknowledge any responsibility and points blame elsewhere. Again being a former service manager myself, this place is nothing but a bunch of tech jerks that don't know how communicate let alone be accountable.I will never set foot in that store ever again.

TL;DR The volume button on my phone was damaged during the screen replacement and the replacement screen was not set into my phone properly. They said they didn't have the expertise to repair the issue- until we left a negative Yelp review and they came to fix it. In the process of fixing the volume button, they broke the mute switch and the screen was still not attached securely. This company's service description is misleading. They advertise a service labeled…read more"uninstall/install TV" for $100, which reasonably implies that they will remove the TV from one location and reinstall it in another. However, when the technician arrived, he only unscrewed four bolts, placed the TV on the floor, and stated that installation was not included in the service. According to him, the service covers either uninstalling or installing -- not both. This is not what is communicated in the description and creates a false expectation for the customer. The wording clearly suggests a complete uninstall and reinstall service, not a partial task. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. The service description should be corrected to accurately reflect what is actually included, so other customers are not misled.

Long story short, they could not fix my computer and my best bet is to look for an independent company to recover my data. I may not be a doctor or a scientist looking for the cure to cancer. He was able to ask me relevant questions right off the bat and was able to give me a little bit of comfort, but not too much hope. He did not want to over promise and under deliver, I later found. I made an appointment with him for Thursday, 3/23/2017 at 6pm. Thursday 3:23 @ 6PM: YES HE IS MOBILE. YES HE COMES TO YOU. He arrived at my house right on time. He even offered to take his shoes off, which I really appreciate since we do not wear shoes in the house. He got right to work and was prepared. He was thorough, quick, smart, and very efficient. When he tells you that he will be done in an hour, that is literally the case. YES MY DATA WAS RECOVERED AND I AM NOW A NORMAL PERSON AGAIN!!! Thanks to Josh, I have all of my data and my hard drive is now safe and secure. For those of you who are wondering: my MacBook is no longer usable. But, that is NOT why I needed Josh. My MacBook was the least of my worries. I bought it in 2010 and should I not able to be used again, I did not mind. All I cared about was my data, which Josh DID save, recovered, and even gave me a little storing container and pouch to store my hard drive in. I now have ALL of my data recovered from my hard drive AND the proud owner of a pretty and shiny MacBook Pro with touchbar as an (early) graduation gift from my parents =) =) I am forever indebted to Josh and WILL call him whenever I need any technical support. Thought it survived at first but later on the phone completely died and I was pretty convinced all my photos and stuff were gone for good. Someone told me to check this place out and I'm glad I listened. Alper was the one helping me and somehow got the phone working long enough to transfer everything over to my new phone. I honestly didn't think there was any chance of saving it. Super nice guy great service and they seriously saved me from losing a ton of important stuff.
