hate your company and presently looking into leaving verizon. I have been put through hell for the past 4 months and now the main issue has still not been taken care of. I have spoken to a dozen cust. reps and a manager They have continually either gave me the wrong information or dis nor follow through with the supposed resolution. At this.point the anxiety I get when I know I have to call once again to have verizon do what they have continually promised. It has cost me financially as well. Verizon is not on auto pay yet takes payment from my bank without permission and they are taking up to double what I owe. It has interfered with my rent payment twice now. So it is now over 4 months since verizon screwed up my whole account and the phone that was supposed to be removed is once again on my account and verizon is trying to charge me for it. Verizon has literally given me PTSD. I have actually been brought to tears over the frustration and sheer anxiety verizon has put me through.They over charged me by $192 and I was able to speak with a manager. He said he would refund it and put me on hold. When he came back he said he applied the $192 to my account as a credit. I was furious and told him I needed it put back in my bank account. He said he couldn't!!! I was very short on my rent because of this and I had to pay a $75 late fee. They are truly the most deplorable company i have ever come up against. read more

Why would I ever go to Short Hills Mall Verizon store again and wait in line? I live in Summit and recently upgraded my iphone and all the trimmings in the downtown Summit store. I am so happy I did. Tarik and his brother........true gentlemen. Kind, funny and SMART. What I tried to do at home (epic fail) took 2 hours and they were able to get me back online and running in 15 minutes. For all my iphone needs, I will only go to the Verizon store in Summit. Customer service a 10!!!! :) Stacey read more

Verizon shop, stopped in to ask about equipment and the line inside was quite a few people - ended up taking their number and going down to another store in Union that was less busy. read more

1st and foremost I want to thank you a million times to Store Manager - "JT" for going above and beyond providing personable, distinguished and outstanding customer care to my wife and I with our phone trade in and upgrade process! Know that your store associates also receive 5 for following your exemplary leadership! Overall, wife (Ros) and I feel the services you and your associates provided was truly the best we've ever received from any other retail store! Keep up the outstanding work as you and your team will go the unstoppable distance. P.S. The install was a breeze and the techs were top notch going over every detail of my setup. When I didn't want to use their equipment he said that's ok but he also left me the router they supply, it was labeled where I would need to make connections and then he wrote his name and number on the box in case I needed to switch it quickly. When my router went out late one night, instead of scheduling an appointment and waiting they connected me up in a few minutes. When a part of my system failed (POE) and I talked with tech support they decided they needed to dispatch a tech. It took longer than I had excepted and hoped so when I called back to get an ETA the Support Manager located the part I was waiting on and personally drove it to my home. This is not something someone else told him, he took action because he cared about his customers. The company may not have the polish of a big company like Optimum but they shine like no other because off the nice, caring and hard working people who work at Planet Network.

I write this from my new T-Mobile phone. I called Verizon customer service right away and recounted the story for the record. Dear Verizon friends, you don't want my business, I am happy to leave you like the other 300,000 Verizon customers that just jumped ship. Don't care if I am a loyal customer? Your wish to see me leaving is granted Verizon. And let's see how that works out.

The Toyota dealer employees bounced me from parts to service and acted as though they weren't very familiar with the process. Even though it was for a 2004 car and was not a key fob, it still has a chip that must be programmed. They said that it would cost $275.00 and that the wait would be over 45 minutes. I called Colline Bros. and they were able to make the key in less than 15 minutes. They charged $110.00. They also provided a key for the door to avoid being locked out of the car if the ignition key is lost (does not work in the ignition.)
