Anyway I manage the corporate Verizon account at work and for us it's a 30 day return on the phones. I just went through a nightmare at work because we returned 12 phones after the 30 days and they kept the phones and are still making us pay $8000 for them. This has been going on since July. Anyway I picked up the phone Dec 2 and thought I had the 30 day window. I went to return it on the 27th. Because someone else got them a better phone. The salesperson would not take it back sighting the 14 day rule. He told me that he told me this out loud when I picked up the phone. I'm sorry, he Is a liar. With what I just went through with the $8000 debacle, that would have stood out like a sore thumb had he said it. But nevertheless it is on my receipt. So now I am stuck with a $160 per month phone I don't need. I called customer service at Verizon who told me at Christmas time they extend returns until Jan 30, and to take it back to them. Customer Service called them and explained that and still they would not take it back. as an authorized reseller they don't have to cooperate with Verizon policies. Do NOT deal with these people, do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store in Bartonsville. At least they have to follow Verizon policy.

William was more than willing to help me in a pinch. I drove out to the other shop (an hour away), grabbed my iMac 27", picked up a 4TB hard drive from Best Buy and William did the replacement. Now you may be thinking, this is no big deal, its just a hard drive, but NO. On the 27" iMac computers you have to unseal the glass and remove it to access the inside. This is a PIA! It takes a few hours and you need the right tools. Along with that you have to be able to put it back together. This is also a PIA!!!! Don't believe me? Google it. Not only did William help me in selecting the best HD for my computer but he did the full repair and data transfer in less than 24 hours!! William has become a highly recommended resource in my book. If you live in the area or are visiting and need help with your PC or Mac, you won't find a better person for the job than William. Thank you William!
